I really appreciate serive from a1lab and very corporate staff and always help me even after work hour

I will be delighted if I never have to use this or any other testing company again.

I received an email containing a link to download the results of my Day 2 test. Unfortunately the link did not work.

It ia a very easy company to recommend, especially for travellers. We received our kits on time and got the results within 24 hours on weekend. The customer service was superb. Swift replies

When I forgot to activate the 8 day test kit , they act in a professional manner and with my details activate the kit via e-mail for me .

Excellent service . I arrived back from the US on a Thursday. The 2- day test was waiting for me. I sent it off Thursday afternoon and received the result the next day. The most difficult part of taking the test was making the flat cardboard into a neat box to hold the phial!!

Terrible, we did not choose the Lab, it was actually used by the company we booked through which was Allhealthcare.co.uk.

They actually gave us a false positive, after we did not activate the first kit on time. Then we asked them to kindly allow us to see the results online. Their system did not allow us to do so, they changed the password and still we weren't able to see it.

Although they politely replied to our complain, as we confirmed negative results with 2 external companies, they did not actually make it any easier for day 5 and day 8 test to release. Still stuck at home, all due to their inability to deal with customers requests properly. At the end they used the same password which was unsupported by European/british keyboards and did not work. It isn't possible to see the results, at the cost of a lot of money, time and freedom.

Avoid them at all costs, check the companies that work with them before doing your booking, as you don't necessarily choose them, they partner other companies.

Very good kit. Tubes clearly mentioned as Day 2 and Day 8. Good and professional service

Great and smooth service.
I've ordered day2 and day8 PCR tests last minute. Tests arrived on time. Also, emailed 24/7 support as I forgot to note PCR ref to register the kit. Guys reached back in 15 mins and set all up.

10/10, recommend to all

I got my results in less than 24 hours! Maybe in 7 hours only 😍 plus i got some enquiries and i got quick a reply back by email.

Fantastic service! Results came back quickly; however, I could not download the form. I sent them an e-mail and, even though it was after 9PM, received a reply - and my results!. Very well done A1 lab and thank you :)
