I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for a simple $100 withdrawal that is stuck in processing. I have contacted customer service but they respond with the same BS "I have forwarded your email to the relevant department" they never respond. After initially requesting the $100 payout i was told to confirm my bank statement and ID, which I did but they are yet to email me back about my documents being processed. I have used this website for over 2 years never had a problem withdrawing.

I was paid out winnings, used the money in good faith, and was later told it was a “glitch” and that I now owe it back. (They returned the rest the larger amount amount back into the gaming accoun) I do not have the money that they aloud me to bank and this has caused serious stress.
I have Multiple Sclerosis , yet I’ve been put under pressure over this situation. The lack of clear communication and support has made it even worse. (Also had a phone call from a number that was based in Bristol asking money back?!)
