Bought Puma trainers, box they came in was in bits when arrived. The shoes were not like i ordered. Cheap materials, inside soul just popped out, cardboard in soul. Absolute fault, dont buy from this site. Should have checked the return policy. Not i have to pay to return them which tells me alot about there company. Stay clear of these people!!!

Fantastic outlet. Love the clothes, fit is awesome and choice of colours brilliant. I'm an old 80s fella and it takes me right back.
Also if there are any glitches, they are sorted out fast and with no fuss.

Previously had only a good experience but unfortunately I’m a little wary now. On my last order a received a faulty t shirt with a couple of holes in it with a couple of very subtle stitch repairs where they holes were. Whilst I did get a refund to re-sell damaged goods with repairs is not a good look and not sure if I would risk again

As usual, amazing music, classic soundtracks, always professional and very quick service. Been buying from now a long time and always perfect. Recently bought This Is England 90 soundtrack to go with the other two.

Ordered coat on Friday. Arrived in Dublin on Wednesday. Super quick service. After I ordered I noticed the delivery address was incomplete and started to panic. Emailed them to ask could they change delivery address . Was a bit nervous because it was Friday evening. They emailed me back almost immediately saying no problem. Great service

I bought 2 Napapijri Salis T shirts at £25 each. After wearing a couple of times over a period of months I noticed the collars were very loose and disfigured.
I have a friend who has a couple of these t shirts for years and collars are like new !
Contacted the company through their online contact form and was ignored for a week. Sent another form and received an email asking me to resend the original contact form ? I replied to the email and nothing came back so sent another online contact form which again was ignored. I called them and was told they could not accept return as it was outside their 6 month returns window.
I have searched the website and it does not state on the Returns Policy or anywhere anything about a 6 months return.
Terrible customer service and a returns policy that seems to be made up depending on the circumstance.
Definitely won't be shopping here again.

My partner ordered me a,Sergio tachini cream jacket paid 92 pound arrived un ironed dirty and looked cheap we always use this site and are so disappointed that we recieved it in this condition previous orders hve met our expectations sent it back as nobody wud pay 92 pounds for this Item

I'm gutted. Ive been buying 80s casual gear for a while. I decided to go into town from greenock to the glasgow city centre shop to get some clothes only to find out the shop has only 1 kind of jeans and nothing like the options it has online.i didn't want to buy more on ine because of the tax your charged??
We casuals already pay good money f9r the clothes but your forced t9 go online for your clothes at an extra charge.
Not fair.
Please open a bigger shop with a wide range so we don't have to buy online please

This is my first time that I have ordered from this company. Ordered a Sergio demonte jacket in stone. It's absolutely minted. Usually go medium but because of age and getting mid drift went for large and it fits like a glove.
Over the moon with the product and service. Have just found my new go to for ordering gear

As promised...I recently ordered a top from these guys, unfortunately It didn't arrive..I contacted Bradley at 80's cc..within minutes my order was refunded, was able to re order and can confirm delivery this week. 100% comms and quality products!

I have had the pleasure of buying from this company for a couple of years, the process is extremely easy and the goods arrive promptly, always been happy with my purchases and never had any issues, until my last purchase, a pair of trainers. If a true measure of a business is how they deal with customers issues, then 80s Casuals prove yet again that they really care about the customer. I rang the customer support line, my call was answered after the first ring, Harry introduced himself by name, he was helpful, professional and understanding, he explained my options and processes to return the trainers and obtain a credit, I was so impressed that I declined the credit and put the money towards alternative pair of trainers, can you please pass my thanks on to Harry, he is credit to your business.

Huge variety of clothes and speedy service. Customer service excellent and they respond to your email queries very quickly. I’d ordered the wrong size but contacted them and Amy rectified immediately when I messaged.

I placed an order for my partners birthday, royal mail then didnt deliver and sent it back.
I spoke with Amy and she was so helpful and said as soon as they receive it back she would send it next day.
