Premium brand webshop return policy

I love the jeans but the webshop service level is poor. It is not worthy of the brand.
I ordered a jeans a second time by mistake and due to travel abroad was unable to return within 14 days from ordering. No possibility to return or swap, no gift voucher, no solution what how ever. Final decision by a call agent, bad luck for the customer.

What a horrible company to deal with

What a horrible company to deal with. They sent me jeans that I did not oder. They made me jump through numerous hoops to send them back. I'm sure most people would have just kept the jeans, but that didnt feel honest to me. I sent them their jeans, and I didn't get an apology or a thank you. Disgraceful.

Very bad customer service …

I placed an order for a pair of jeans during a sale, which included an additional 20% discount applied on top of already discounted items.

I later received an email confirming a refund due to a return, even though I had not requested any return or cancellation. After receiving this email, I contacted customer service, as the package had never arrived and I did not understand why a refund had been issued.

Only then was I informed that the item was out of stock. At no point was I notified of this beforehand, nor was I given the option to choose an alternative product.

As the order was intended as a gift, and the original promotion was no longer available, I asked whether they could offer a similar 20% discount on sale items so I could place a new order. I was told this needed to be reviewed by their management team.

Several days have passed since then and I have received no follow-up. After contacting them again, they still have not responded.

Overall, the handling of the situation was unclear, the communication very poor, and it is extremely disappointing that they now ignore customer inquiries entirely.

Went to 7 For All Mankind in Antwerp

Went to 7 For All Mankind in Antwerp, had very little time due to a massive traffic jam and called in advance to ask for a selection to be made. Upon arrival gorgeous options were waiting for me, great suggestions were made and the overall shopping experience was fantastic. Bought 3 pairs of jeans, all stunning and comfy in their own way. Big thanks to Uliana and Alexia!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. My product never arrived and a month on I’m still waiting for them to undertake and internal review. I am without the product with no refund. Terrible.

Is there actually someone at the 'customer service' ?
Sent them a couple messages as there is an issue that blocked me from ordering (my 2 digits house number deemed to be over 4 digits....) and I never got an answer !

additional discount was not possible to apply during the order. After ordering, I was asked to apply the discount and that was not possible. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Returned three items and they say they only received two even though it was in the same box. UNACCEPTABLE, especially that we use their courier and logistics team to return items. I will be escalating.

The absolute worst company I have ever…

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans not sure which size would fit best. When they arrived (late may I add) I took them up to the store Boca Town Center only to find out that the website and the store don't communicate. No exchanges from online orders at the store. So I went online to exchange. Guess what...no exchange only returns and then reorder. Seriously, what legit company doesn't do online exchanges. I sent back both pair of jeans on December 21st and they just received them on January 2nd. I emailed them to ask when I should receive my refund and they said they process them in order they come in. How long does it take to process orders being mailed back. Do you only have 3 people working. This by far is a bush league company that I will never do business with again. I also want to mention you can not call customer service. Only email.

Ordered a Christmas gift of a pair of…

Ordered a Christmas gift of a pair of mens jeans from this company the beginning of December! Good thing I ordered early as they didn't even come until the 21st. As with any online order- especially a gift you can have issues. These jeans were way too long so needed to send them back for an exchange! Customer Service was awful. Immediately they tell me I cannot return them as they were end of year clearance?! What? At full price? I call MAJOR BS on this. I even explained I just needed a different size or an exchange. NOPE!
They WILL NOT return anything so I highly recommend you order your clothes somewhere else. This is why I never order online clothes.

Bought a pair of jeans online

Bought a pair of jeans online, Black Friday sale. Paid when ordered. Received no confirmation whatsoever. After a couple of days I called to find out whether they had send my order. Got told that something went wrong and that I could re-order, for full retail price. Asked for my money back. Heard nothing for weeks. Took me several phone calls and emails, all with very rude employees, to get them to even look into my request. Still haven’t received my refund.
Very poor service for such an expensive brand. Arrogance of staff is unbelievable.

No refunds/exchange for Christmas gifts

Bought a pair of jeans for someone for Christmas that were delivered at the beginning of December and they are now refusing to exchange or refund as their policy is 14 days. Whilst I understand that at a normal time of year, I would have expected better policies and service around the Christmas period when something that was purchased as a gift does not fit.

Good Return Customer Service Experience

I had a good customer experience when returning a pair of jeans that were too large and too long. I started the refund at their website in my account, a label was generated there online at their site that I printed out. I taped the label to my return package and dropped the package off at a UPS store. A couple of weeks later, I did need to follow up with an email to get a status on my return/refund. But, I got a reply back within 24 business hours, right at Christmastime too! They advised that they received my return and my refund was immediately processed. Easy enough!

Avoid - terrible customer service

Bought jeans which didn't fit. Unable to process return on their site. Contacted via chat. Agreed they would send label... did not arrive. I contacted via email x3- no reply. Terrible customer service. Never again.

Damaged short after washing and no money return

I bought two denim shorts and after washing one short two times the short was damaged and this company said to me it was normal no it was not normal. Never buy from this company they should be ashamed. I just want my money back. Customer service is not the blame they just follow orders it is the company that is the problem.

Jeans are amazing quick delivery

Ordered online on Sunday delivery came on Wednesday. Jeans delivered were as ordered. Had a query on the Monday morning rang spoke with a lady gave me total confidence so will def order again. Jeans are amazing

This company will steal your money

Beware of buying from this company. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.I have been waiting for 24 days and still not received it. They have received my returns. Customer service is terrible they blatantly lie. They tell you ,you will receive a manual refund and this never appears. You e-mail them for weeks . They respond with a generic response and they will look into it and then you never hear from them until you email again and get the same response.. Still no refund. You call them on the phone and they lie and say they will action the refund urgently and this has to go through to another dept , which never happens .They won't pass you to that dept or when asked pass you to a supervisor. I have opened a dispute with PayPal with them and will NEVER BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN.They are actually breaking the consumer rights law.

UPDATE -Company still ignores my mails, still no refund after now over a month since they had my return. Luckily for me my pay pal dispute was awarded in my favour and they have credited my refund . Incidentally this terrible company with terrible customer service have also ignored all communication from paypal in regards to this dispute .What a disgrace DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you have been warned..

Faulty belt and a company which doesn't care.

For context, this has been my go to brand for jeans and one of my favourite brands for other items for over 20 years. I have around 30 items of this brand in my current wardrobe. I've had no other issues with quality until now.

I bought a belt. Within 6 months the edge trip came away in one section and started to come away in others. I stopped wearing it. I was very busy so didn't do anything about it immediately but decided to contact them within a year as a quality belt should last years. They said their warranty is 6 months. I checked their website and all I could find is that manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years. They said it's wear and tear (without even inspecting it).

Far too many emails have been going backwards and forwards which, in essence, deny it's faulty or a quality issue and refer to a 6 month warranty policy which isn't listed in their terms and of which they have not forwarded a copy. They eventually offered a 50% refund. What good is that? The belt is faulty or of very poor quality. I asked for a replacement belt (but not the same one as the quality is poor) or a full refund so I'm not left out of pocket with a useless belt. They've since decided to ignore me. It's not a huge amount of money but the principle. They should stand behind their products and rectify issues when they occasionally occur. Clearly customer satisfaction means nothing to them anymore.

Appalling customer services , never again

I ordered on line thinking thats this is a premium brand , so should be no problems and in the past buying the jeans and shorts i was happy with the fit and quality , even with the premium price tag , what a mistake , £360 worth of goods i ordered in good time for a holiday , the holiday has been and gone and no sign of my goods been delivered or a refund
I have sent numerous emails , calls with long wait times to Shaunie and Harry in the UK ,promised investigations with Royal Mail , today again with Hannah , i wanted to speak with Shaun the manager , not allowed, call you back within 24 to 48 hours and nothing , am totally shocked at there extremely poor customer service , fed up with chasing the refund , it simply appalling .
