I have only the best things to say, 77 Diamonds and especially Natacha have been of immense help in finding the right ring, getting it delivered on time and just making sure that my planned proposal can come true exactly as i had planned. Natacha would always reassure me exactly of which stage we are in, found the right ring, shipping date/time, statuses of checks with the development department, i never felt like i did not know what was going on which really helped in me being calm thoughout the process. Customer service at its best. The ring quality and design is also absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend!

From ordering to delivery exceptional service. When I've ordered my diamond the delivery date was set on 10th of June which would have been to late since this is my and my Wife 20th wedding anniversary I have rang main office and spoke with Natacha Haingomalala who assured me that she would anything to deliver it before. My diamond was delivered on Wednesday 20th of May making it enough time for the wedding anniversary.

Excellent service. The meeting was very useful, everything was explained clearly. I recommend this service for any fine jewellery.

I visited the website to do some research, and later received an email from customer support asking if I needed any further assistance. This was a positive touch, as it not only engages the customer but also helps drive a sale.
This was crucial in keeping my interest alive and, ultimately, completing the purchase.
However, I have some issues that I feel aren’t working well:
Chat—what I typed would disappear after clicking “send.” This happened while I was already writing to a support agent. It’s dysfunctional and not very credible.
After-sales - I haven’t received any email confirming the payment or updates on the purchase, nor any basic information after placing an order. Customers may feel uneasy because they are spending a lot of money online without much assurance.
Cecilia is my sales assistant and so far so good.

I recently purchased a loose diamond from 77 Diamonds and was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. Natacha was extremely helpful throughout and, when I asked whether the stone could arrive any earlier, she went above and beyond to help make that happen.

The diamond arrived earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise, and the quality of the stone was exceptional. The website was easy to use, the documentation was simple to access, and the communication throughout was excellent.

What really stood out was the aftercare. Often, once a purchase has been made, that is the end of the process, but Natacha followed up to ask whether I was happy with the diamond. That level of customer service was very reassuring and genuinely appreciated.

I am very pleased with both the stone and the service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending 77 Diamonds. I will certainly be buying from them again.

Cecilia Rotar provided an exceptional support. Waiting for the final result, but nothing to complain about. Only things to praise.

I ordered directly through the showroom in Copenhagen. It took 7 weeks before the ring was delievered to me. There weren't any emails to update me on the status of my order which took longer than 4-5 weeks (the expected delivery time).

Customer service are responsive when it comes to calls, emails, and following up with your requests. However, you have to follow up yourself, even the payment receipt I had to call and ask for it to be sent. At the showroom, Ali was patient, and very welcoming. He helped me choose a great ring for my budget. The sizing though was very tricky and I didn't end up with the perfect size, partly because the ring you try on has no stones, so the weight and feel is simply not the same as the real one.

I also expected more "education" for those who are purchasing an engagement ring, but most of the research you have to do yourself online.

Value for money is really good, and the product quality is amazing - really top tier. Can't say anything about the product itself. I am very happy with it, the size is something that can be fixed.

Purchased a loose diamond from 77 diamonds but needed it quite quickly. Emailed their customer service team, Natacha was absolutely brilliant, clearly communicated that she was going to get in touch with their team elsewhere to expedite dispatch and get back in touch within a set timescale to provide an update. She did exactly as she said, confirmed a speedy dispatch and new delivery date. The gem arrived before the expected date and was tracked the whole way - I live on an outer Scottish isle which makes this whole experience even more impressive. When it arrived the packaging was immaculate and it really felt special. Would absolutely purchase from 77 diamonds again!
