Please give à big " Thank you" to Jessica and Latonya at the 7-11 at SW 94th & Western in OKC. I have met LaTonya before. She is probably the most helpful employee I have ever met. Then yesterday I met Jessica. I could not believe it. I asked for a plastic sack for my hot dog. She asked if I needed a paper sack also. She helped me put all inside. She asked if I needed extra mustard. I was blown away by her helpfulness. Those ladies tie for their kindness and helpfulness.

Idiot policy.

My gas station that I usually stop at was converted to a 7-11. I went to buy some cigarette papers and was asked for ID. The fact that I am almost 80 years old made the whole experience ridiculous. The stupid policy that allows the company to hire idiot cashiers that can't tell the difference between an 18 year old and an 80 year will make me stop at my second choice station.

I am a current employee

I am a current employee. After working very hard in 2024 and been given a good review of my performance. We were then given the news that since our department "fell short of the goals" there were NO raises. We were never provided any goals. And then get this people~ We get notified that 711 is no longer gong to match contributions to our 401K accounts - oh but, wait there is more - the statement was: "we will throughout the year contribute to who ever we want". And it will be called a discretionary contribution. Oh it gets even better folks. 711 bennies department tells US to call Fidelity Investments - now cmon people - I will just leave that insult to our intelligence on the table.
OH and now, current day 4-25. There is an email sent that there are like 7 Team Leads being promoted to supervisor positions. UM - those were never posted and guess what folks? The amount of their raises could have easily provided raises. So - um yea - feeling pretty raped by them. OH my Supervisor was demoted 3 levels due to a report to a VP that he was discriminating towards women, gays and trans. Gotta say i asked him many times how is that new hires are making at least 2.50 per hour more than me??? No reply....So, you see--this is the truth about this backstabbing company...........

Public Safety Risk at 7-eleven Eldersburg

I had a terrifying experience at the 7-Eleven located at 6323 Sykesville Rd, Eldersburg, MD, on April 9, 2025. While using the car wash, I became trapped inside with no way to exit or call for help. I tried reaching the store multiple times but got no response. I had no choice but to call 911. Emergency responders arrived shortly after and had to cut the power to the car wash machinery to free me. The store failed to have any emergency instructions or visible staff support during this situation. To make matters worse, I later found out that Rajveer Shergill, the owner, posted a positive review on Google before this incident, which feels like a blatant conflict of interest. I am shocked by the lack of customer safety and care from this location and will not be returning. Please avoid this location at all costs.

Aggressive behaviour by employees at 7 eleven Nordhavn

I visited the 7/11 at Nordhavn station on 15.04.2025 where I purchased a packet of Halls and Rittersport chocolate and went to the counter and paid for it. Thereafter I went to a supermarket Rema and then was walking home when I heard someone yelling out at me. I stopped and a young boy just started yelling that I have stolen something from the 7/11 shop and if I do not return to the shop he will call the police. I was shocked and told him there is a misunderstanding because I paid but he insisted that he had captured it on video and they are going to call the police. I asked him to not accuse me until he shows me proof. I also asked him to kindly not repeat this again and again that I have stolen since I am a respectable 60 year old woman who lives in. Nordhavn and have never stolen a thing in my life. I also told him I do not take this accusation lightly. I went with him to the shop and the employee who took the payment confirmed that I did pay. I asked him to show me the video and in that I could see myself putting my stuff on the counter to pay. He started apologizing to me and said we can give you some discounts. At this point the damage was already done and I am completely shaken by this uncalled for experience. There was no reason for him to chase me down the street and yell at me. He simply made a quick judgment based on my appearance - an ethnic background, different from his. I have received an apology from the employees manager. But I am still in complete shock and traumatised. I hope this employee will learn and that this will not happen again to anyone else. (on behalf of my mother)

Great customer service

I was in yesterday and I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car. I went in to borrow the phone but I didn’t know any numbers. Neelam and Mandeep were so extremely helpful and so friendly. I was able to find someone to come unlock my car quickly! While I was waiting I noticed that the store was busy and they handled the line like like customer service gurus! Thank you Meelam and Mandeep🤗

A must-have store for digital nomads in ThailandI’m currently working remotely from…

I’m currently working remotely from Thailand, and honestly, 7-Eleven has been a lifesaver. It’s the perfect convenience store — they’ve got everything I need: groceries, toiletries, medicine, great coffee, cups with ice, SIM cards… all at prices similar to big supermarkets.

Since these are small stores, the selection is limited, but in a good way — they stock only the most popular and useful items, which actually makes shopping easier. No endless decision fatigue like in large supermarkets.

The only downside is that card payments are accepted only for purchases over 200 THB.

Another huge plus — they’re open 24/7, which is super convenient no matter your schedule.

100% recommend. It’s hard to imagine staying here without it.

BAD APP & ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The vouchers is unable to redeem and change my status which stated already redeemed. Bad customer service which already submitted the online inquiries form with all the details, I even provide case ID for them to investigate but they don't bother to investigate before requesting me the info. again again and again. how many times I need to log my query and write the info to you. and the case is even handle by the same person. Unable to provide fast solutions and just wasting my time.

Racist manager

DO not go to the 711 at 2125 Saratoga in Corpus Christi Texas. It is a newly opened location and the manager there Jessica Rangel is extremely discriminatory. She fired an employee for simply not liking her, that employee did nothing wrong but Jessica repeatedly targeted that employee because Jessica simply did not like her. This manager is EXTREMELY discriminatory and does not care about her employees one bit. Do not give her your money or time, Jessica is not worth it.

Bad Employee

I was at the 7/11 location in Baldwin Pennsylvania 1400 Radford RD Pittsburgh PA 15227. I was there buying cigarettes and the lady with the glasses was very rude and pushy trying to get me to buy other things I didn't want along with ignoring other customers by keeping them waiting and alot of people complain about this woman too. She shouldn't be working there treating customers like that.

They over charge consumers for gas

They over charge consumers for gas. My Toyota 4Runner tank will only hold 18 -23 gallons but they charged me for 45 gallons. My tank wasn’t empty. With out a correct receipt no one knows how many gallons of gas was actually pumped but it can’t be over $43 and they will not give me a correct receipt.  They charged me $125.  I could fill up my car 3 times for that. I called the police to take down the description of my make and model and to record body cam video that I didn’t have extra gas cans and to file a police report on them. The gas station employee will not shut down the pump or put out of order on it and both the corporate companies will not refund my money they told me to call my bank but my bank will not refund the charges with out a correct receipt with the correct charges on it but no one knows how many gallons were pumped. The machine was faulty and they are doing nothing about it. They said it was faulty last week and they had someone come out to fix it and it still doesn’t work. Other costumers were complaining about the same issue. I formally complained to 7 11 and to Exxon  corporate 1-800 #’s  and filed a formal complaint with TDLR.  Im tired of big corporate companies taking advantage of consumers with no punishment or retribution.I’m in the process of reporting this to all of my local news stations as well
