Slow Delivery at Higher Fee!

Responsive but very slow delivery especially being charged at a higher fee as comparing with other webstores in the UK.

Hi Simon,

Thanks very much for your review! I can see why you felt that delivery was slow; this is because the weekend you ordered over was a bank holiday and as such delivery was limited over this time, due to many companies having a four day weekend. This meant that the last dispatch date before the holiday was for orders placed before 3pm Wed 12th; all orders from then until 3pm on 18th Tuesday were dispatched on that Tuesday, and then normal service resumed. I don't know if you were aware of the Easter bank holiday in the UK but that may partly explain why the shipping time seemed so long!

Regarding the price vs lead time, our shipping is indeed more expensive than some other larger stores and chains; we are a small independent with one storefront, based in the UK. We are continually striving to improve these services. I'm pleased to confirm your order was dispatched on an end-end, full trackable service via DPD, and it scheduled to take 3-5 days, which is actually faster than the sites you mentioned previously. I can see that perhaps some confusion came from the fact that your shipping was listed as being via Royal Mail as opposed to DPD - this is because we are in the process of updating our site with our newest prices and carriers.

Great customer service outta the UK had …

Great customer service outta the UK had issues ordering , problems were noticed by customer service to not convert euros to US dollar but that wasn't the issue . My bank stopped transaction because of ordering location, called bank now my shipment is on its way to the US.
Easily tracked by link and current updates upto speed ! Thanks

5-pointz are superb there super easy to order from, always have some tasty gear at tastier prices and there aftercare and delivery service are second to none. Do not hesitate to deal with them!. Would recommend to anyone.
