Overall they are good, have had good dealigns with them in the past, but this time, not so good, phone was one day away from return closure, emailed them, but no immediate response, has a fault reading the sd card, so was going to return and buy an S23 or 24, but after they said return so 'we can look at it' which was not an option as I need a phone daily, they have ignored all further comms

Good value for money, the phone works great. However, the charging slot wasn't cleaned out, causing the phone to not charge properly. It was pretty grim to say the least. Cleaned it out myself however and now its fine. Would have expected that to be done really but can't fault anything else

Excellent, the company delivered as what was wrote on their website, phone in good condition. I would say pick, pay and it was delivered the next day. We did pay extra £10 for delivery, the reason being we ordered it on Friday and need the phone for Saturday.

I usually buy the previous years flagship phone and keep it for at least 4 years or until I break it. I bought a Note 20 Ultra 5G from 4Gadgets in 2021, which developed the green line in August 2025 (possibly a result of using on a motorcycle mount) and replaced with an S24 Ultra a couple of weeks ago. Both phones were pristine quality as described, and delivered quickly. Also, the price was more or less the same so no inflation- great! I'd have no problem buying another phone from 4 Gadgets and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Have used 4Gadgets over the last few years for replacement phones. Reasonable prices, always swift delivery.

I was skeptical at first, but I am astounded. I got the S24 Ultra, in excellent condition and the condition was indeed excellent...

Phone arrived late and was in bad condition - I purchased a fair condition device, however, the back of the phone was cracked and front of the display had lots of deep scratches. Phone worked good though and appeard to have no issues despite that.

Recently was quoted for a trade in of £70 after a couple of other places offered considerably less. Agreed to trade in and received prepaid postage label within 24 hours. Packed and dispatched to 4gadgets and within a couple of days my PayPal account was credited with full amount quoted. Was kept informed during whole process. No hesitation in recommending this company for trade ins

This is the 3rd iPhone I've ordered from 4gadgets over the years. They come as advertised (I always order pristine condition) and on time. Happily recommend them.

I placed an order on Friday before 3 PM and paid an extra £10 for guaranteed Saturday delivery as it was a birthday present. When the delivery didn't happen, I called the courier (DPD) who informed me that 4gsdgets had only paid for standard delivery, not the Saturday service I was charged for.
​I immediately sent an email to 4gsdgets on Saturday to complain. By some "magic," the item was then delivered on Sunday. Despite this, they never admitted their mistake. I was charged for a premium service that was never provided, which ruined a special occasion. Their lack of accountability and misrepresentation of delivery options is unacceptable.

Very good company, fast delivery, item packed well,second time purchase 100%recommended.

All fine. Phone fine. Delivery fine. Fine
