I used this company for some time, but their customer service is non-existent. The website is lacking essential information and helpful resources, with no search bar to navigate. They never answer the phone, making it the worst company I've ever dealt with by far.

Used this company for years. For oils I decided to move to candle shack whose oils are fantastic. One thing I couldn’t get from them was aromatic wood. Back to 4candles they are diluting the oils. It has faint smell of aromatics but nothing like it used to be. The colour is also much lighter showing it’s a weaker version of the original and not worth using
