I ordered some Blum screws and dowels yesterday for delivery and I’ve had no confirmation email and I have no idea of anything that’s happening with it. I need these items for Saturday and now I’m worrying they won’t be here from lack of communication

No free returns. I ordered a Carhartt coat which turned out to be too large and had to pay over £16 to return it. I won't be using this company again. If you can't look after your customers, you don't deserve any customers.

I needed a Festool rotex sander at short notice for a job with a load of other bits. Placed the order Sunday afternoon and was delivered Tuesday before 10. Needed a few more items, emailed them to ask if they were interested and their quote was the best price and that was before I took to the web to compare. Same deal. Ordered Thursday at 3pm. Was in my hands Friday by 10. Praise to Hannah whom I dealt with on all. Very polite, responsive and professional. I will try Isaac lord in the future every time I have a relevant purchase purely based on the service from Hannah.

Was looking for a quick delivery on a particular Carhartt T-shirt and after a quick rummage on Google found Isaac Lord had it in stock. Ordered it and just over 24hrs later on their standard 1-2 days delivery I've got the product in hand. Amazing service and great comms throughout.

Website (on mobile) is laughably bad, VERY slow, janky, crashes, search sometimes randomly stops before displaying items, back button redirects you to different place, took me 5 attempts to check out whilst opayo took and sent £1 payments to my bank!

If it wasn't for the fact that their current prices are pretty much unbeatable I would of gone somewhere else.

If you can stand the form over function poor performance website the prices are great and I have had no problem with tje service, so in general, highly recommended.

Purchased two Makita items, great price and delivery service - faultless experience and would certainly consider buying from them again

Absolutely gutted.
Completely ruined!
Spoken to as if I should not have been there.
Usually go to Isaac lords when I come to Wycombe,
Always want to buy a new item.
Ranging from £500.00 approx to £10.00 you never knew.
Told by the only person at the counter I should know what I want

Then dismissed.
Will never come to the store again and will inform all that they should not waste there money.

Had some issues with the order that we're dealt with swiftly and the customer service are lovely, will be using them again. Also very competitive price A++++++

When a runner on our “magic corner” kitchen unit failed I thought we would have to replace the whole thing. Friend recommended Isaac Lord, who had in stock a matching runner. Probably saved me £200 at least and a whole heap of hassle. Very helpful to me as a rank amateur diy-er. I’m a happy customer!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!, 1st time using this company and it will be my last, ordered a finishing tool to complete a project for a client using 1-2 day delivery option for £5.95 extra as they were one of only a few companies showing stock, 5 days later it still hadn't arrived so I rang them to find out the tool was now out of stock ??, so I explained I was desperate for delivery so I could finish the wood work and spray and install units, I asked when item would be back in stock I was told "possibly" this week followed by a very unconvincing sorry.
Why didn't you contact me the next day once you realised you didn't actually have stock and offer the option of a refund ?, really poor service and no effort to resolve the issue even though I have got to now tell my client they are going to have to wait up to another week, also I am going to have to rearrange my jobs over the next week because of poor service.
I don't normally leave reviews but these companies don't realise the hassle and cost caused when they greedily take orders showing in stock when its a blatant lie.

I have been sent the wrong items. I have emailed and they have not responded. I have called to be told I would be called back. I never was.
I would not order from them again.
