I applied to 411 Locals on Indeed for a B2B Sales Closer position on February 13, 2024. On February 21 and 23, 2024, I received messages from Faraz on Indeed stating, "I reviewed your application and would like to discuss the next steps" and "Thank you for sharing your resume, we’ve reviewed your application and we’re excited to invite you to an interview. Please book it on the following link at the time of your convenience: [Calendly link]. Your interview will be conducted over a video conference and will last roughly 30 minutes." I scheduled the interview for March 14, 2024, at 9:30 PM.

Minutes before my scheduled interview, on March 14, 2024, at 9:30 PM, I received an email stating that my interview was canceled without providing a valid reason. I had been waiting for this interview for almost 20 days, and receiving an email of cancellation on the day of the interview, without any explanation, is highly unprofessional and unethical.

I have serious concerns about the company's professionalism and its commitment to respecting candidates' time. I advise everyone to thoroughly check the details before applying to this company.

THEY WILL PAY YOU PEANUTS. They smell your helplessness. especially if you are from south Asian country the will definitely exploit you when it comes to salary. I HAD A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT MY SALARY AND THEY REJECTED MY APPLICATION. IF THEY PAY YOU LESS, YOU CAN'T ASK QUESTIONS! YOU CAN'T ASK FOR FAIR PAY.

EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.. IF YOU ARE FROM INDIA OR PHILIPPINES REMEMBER TO STAY CAUTION ESPECIALLY WITH THE RECRUITER NAME FARAZ. ALL THE FEMALE APPLICANT MAKE SURE NOT TO BE EVEN A LITTLE FRIENDLY WITH THIS GUY. HE IS A BIG TIME CREEP HE WILL ASK YOU ALL PERSONAL QUESTION YOUR DATING LIFE. YOU MIGHT EVEN SPEAK TO HIM WITH THE DESPERATION FOR THE JOB BUT TO KEEP UP WITH HIS TARGETS HE WILL TRY TO GIVE YOU THE LOWEST SALARY..

Management is Dead. they are sitting on the top of the debris of exploited unfairly treated employees and candidate and enjoying their cheese and wine. They mostly hire from south Asian country and under pay them. Don't expect them to be nice! GOOD LUCK.

Absolutely the worst mistake I ever made. Not only did they put the wrong phone number on my website I paid them to create but they will not remove it and add the actual company number. This has led to the removal of my company Google page and also yelp. It's costing me a ton of money and now I'm about to pay a lawyer to sue for damages. Do not waste your money with these crooks

Been trying to cancel for about a year now and they will refuse my request and completely ignore of taking the next step to cancel my stuff with them. They don't do much to benefit you and you're business. They will call you almost everyday to harass you. Bad choice will never go with them again once I am cancel with them

This company is a HUGE advertising SCAM!! they take your money and make a chincy ad and they don't even advertise or have access to advertise on Google!!They put some random number that isn't even yours so they can" screen the calls ", its all so shady , I kept telling the guy that i want my money back and he kept promising everything will be ok and he didnt listen ! I did NOT recieve any calls or customers !!For $400 a month , NOT even one call , nothing , My friends and I COUULD NOT find my ad anywhere on the internet!!! They will lie and scam to keep your money after you dispute it !! I am so mad that these criminals are scamming us out of our hard earned money and getting away with it!! They need to be stopped !!!

Ps .in response to their reply , I tried to talk to the guy on my case and message him my concerns to cancel and get a refund and he dismissed my concerns , they think their reply acting like they want to help is fake and an act , they are all about taking your hard earned money , they never advertised for me, anyone can create a fake ad and pretend, the proof is NOT one call or message, and when we looked up salons near me , my name was nowhere to be found !!

Lately I had a situation where I had some water damage to my floor in the bathroom it was in behind the wall and I called up Whitaker enterprises and told him it was an emergency. The floor head so much water damage that it felt you can fall through it. So it was a safety issue and Mr Whittaker came out and removed all the mode that I wasn't aware of he did a great job he just did an excellent job he was a very fair price I had two other people look at it and they was trying to charge me double what he priced me to do less work. The job took 3 days all together and it could have took much longer he worked very hard and he even worked with me on the price and allowed me to pay what I could then and the remainder later he was very fair very good person to employee to fix household stuff in my opinion very knowledgeable and professional. At the end of the job he went above and beyond and cleaned up the mess from that along with some other stuff that I had been needing to remove trees brush and some boxes and he helped me with that too no charge if you need somebody to work on your house or to build something inside your house or any of that type stuff this is a guy he says he'll do it he'll do it and most of the time contractors tend to not keep their appointments well this wasn't the case with this guy I was very impressed showed up on time every day and stayed until he was completely done until the job got done. If there's any more work that I will have done on my house I know who to call Whitaker enterprises

Being I'm an ex moderator myself and I know how this works, very time consuming! Price is actually affordable. I see all these bad reviews like bro pay attention your companies performance totally depends 10% on you and its that 10% that really makes a difference. They do the rest.

Signed up in January, tried to cancel in March but they literally wouldn't let me, would just transfer my phone call indefinitely or say they'd cancel and didnt. Finally got officially canceled in April after I FROZE MY CREDIT CARD. They continuously call me every day, sometime up to 3 times in a day to solicit service, 6 months after I cancel. I beg them to stop harassing me and they just taunt me. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR 411 LOCALS, ITS A SCAM!!

I have been with 411 locals for 6 months. I am deeply disappointed in their service. First they set up a web page for my Company, gave it SEO 1st page ranking but used their phone number. so they were talking phone calls for my store. Mostly intercepting existing customers who were searching for my store information, to contact. My customers were complaining that it was very difficult to understand 411 Locals due to a India accent. Then they wanted to charge me for transferring the phone calls they were receiving from their 1st page ad for my Store that had their phone number, not mine. The more I complained about their ad the less they did for me until they were doing nothing except charging every month. I have not received any communication from 411 locals for months. Now I writ Customer support formally cancelling advertising for my store. Next they call to verify my cancellation, and I am not available, saying they will call back. Rather than call me they send an email to call them at a specific number. I call it, getting a recording that wants me to enter a passcode and hit # (pound) thing is I am not sure what the pass code is and what I think it is cannot be entered because it is alpha numeric. So I email a request to have them call me to VERIFY Cancellation, and I am still waiting 3 days later. Then I got an email that says they are frantically trying to reach me, Yeah right. This company is shameless in thier dishonesty. I am done with 411 locals and would never recommend them or the service to anyone. Stay away from 411 Locals

Hidden fees and terrible customer service

I've been with 411 Local for almost 3 months, They created a website that was completely different from what my original website says and the services that I offer, It took them almost 2 months to make that website live, and of course, they charged me every single time, and when I called them that I want to cancel their service, they started promising me they'll fix the website they need to add more pictures and bunch of other stuff just for me to continue paying them to support their scam, my simple question, why should I send my customer to review their stuff when I need my customers to review my website? you know it, I know it, our customers not going to go to multiple pages to leave reviews, After about 80 days with them I got zero customers, 0 phone calls, and a loss of almost $800 on my credit card for their charges. Attention to attorney generals FBI and other government agencies this company needs to be investigated for fraudulent Collections and extortions of people's money. Their business model is to collect money from poor people make themselves rich and put almost no effort into customer satisfaction, They also promise me they'll put me on collection for the remaining balance, $800 is not enough for them. Question to attorneys out there Is it possible to sue them without me casting anything more out of my pocket?

Absolutely scammers, they changed me for the first month and done nothing for my advertising, and when I cancelled my subscription are sending new bill of $235 more .

hi everybody, i don't reccommends atall this company,just take your money and do not help you. before i got this company i recived easy one call from google, after this i didn't get any call, this don't help me, afect my calls. they call me yesterday and he said they block my number and google calls was going to an other number, they do any thing good for me but they wants i give them more money to continue working with me and they dont want give me back any mony for service i didn't get. please do not work with this company if you don't want afect yourself.

This is my second review here and I just want to say that 411 locals is a business where they reach out to small businesses and want a cut they will also take your clients from you and give them to someone else that has just started paying them thousands of dollars a year this company is a joke and just a Money grab go make your own flyers and businesses cards rather then have these people hassle you I hope you can read this before you make decisions on working with them
