3 Peaks Cycles is an independent cycle shop, cafe and cycle hire centre situated in the Yorkshire Dales town of Settle in North Yorkshire. We first opened in 2008 and stock a wide range of bikes, parts, accessories and clothing from a fantastic range of brands. We are currently a Genesis, Cube and Ridgeback Kids dealer. Our cafe is downstairs at the back of the shop and is open 7 days a week. A full menu is available and offers something for every appetite from a full breakfast to coffee and cake. We have a range of electric and gravel bikes to hire. Reservations can be made via the booking page on our website. We also have a cycle workshop with cytech certified mechanics. A range of service options are available.. We're open 7 days a week and our small but friendly team are on hand to answer any questions you may have.

I work with this company in a professional manner, and have always had good experiences chatting to staff-members.
Mick and Alastair are within my usual experience, and I enjoy a good laugh with each of them - great guys!
Ordered gravel bike bar tape, package came open and tampered with part missing, was just going to write it off and not use again. But they have kindly sent another one. Thankyou

Very good shop for bike and coffee lovers. Nice, well trained people that are happy to help. Everything you need for your day out on your bike.
Are absolutely useless waste of time order the bike through V12 finance got confirmation on the Friday saying thank you for your order will be dispatched in seven days only to have a phone call on Monday saying we will have to cancel your order. No explanation. Apart from we made a mix up would never even dream of using theses guy’s again I paid £800 and deposit. Have my finance agreement signed ready to go. I’m going to have to speak to the finance company to try a get this search removed as it will show on my credit file. It’s a big joke stick to the bigger companies if I was you or it will cost you just like it did me!
(Their response says it all once they realised they said! it was 4 days later not straight away. Plus you say I tuck it fine an seemed happy you could see that over the phone? Gutted I was but you never left me much choice hi where cancelling your order we made a mistake. Did you expect me to say no your not lol the company is a joke me an V12 finance did a quick Google search I noticed you still have the bike’s up for sale on eBay an on your site at a higher price disgusting

Small group of women doing Way of the Roses, coast to coast.
Stopped here for help to replace bike brake blocks and buy spare parts etc.
Unfortunately the two male members proved to be most Unhelpful and patronising!
I suspect if we had been male we would have received a more helpful response.
Ps. The shop at the time of our visit was virtually empty and it wasn’t just the fact that the staff couldn’t be bothered to help fix the brake blocks, but generally the condescending attitude towards us.
I certainly won’t be recommending or visiting this bike shop again.

I was looking for a new saddle and grips to upgrade my wife's bike and found the specific products I wanted buy here. I phoned the shop before placing an order as I needed some guidance regarding sizes and compatibility of the products I required. I spoke to Alistair, who I found to be most knowledgeable and helpful with advice. They had everything I needed in stock. The order was dispatched next day and Royal Mail did the rest.
So, all good, plus, I don't feel so guilty for shopping online when I know that I'm supporting a small business running a real brick and mortar retail outlet.
We agreed £35 for 4 hour hire of a four year old DMR Diamondback LUX 27.5 HT EMTB but due to a comms breakdown I accepted a new Benno step through E-bike. After 30 minutes I took it back and the guy upstairs immediately brought me the DMR bike. The next three hours up Giggleswick Scar, Feizor, riverbank to Horton and back over Malham Moor was brilliant!
Super fast delivery, great comms and very competitive prices. A great little indy bike shop doing a great job during difficult times.
Just ordered on 21 march 4pm a bosch chainring 20t with express 24h delivery and still not arrived on 25 march, just i tried to contact with support and they linked the website webpage for not guaranteed that time but i expect maxim 3 day delivery and not 1 week or more. Also couldn't log back to website for check my order where is it ,i tried to create a new acc but wasn't there my order with same email adress this was a nightmare.Just they sent the tracking information later after my message to them :(((( My advice if you can just order from somewhere anywhere else because no will arrive your item even in one week with express royal mail delivery.

Made a small online purchase of a neck warmer to collect the following day. Mick emailed me in the morning to apologise for it now being out of stock. I called in the shop and he let me chose a more expensive one at no extra cost. Much appreciated.
Excellent customer focus from this independent and well stocked cycle business…and the cakes looked pretty tempting too !
Might be different face to face but very poor service ordering a bike for delivery. Customer service is non existent. No email to confirm the order. No tracking details provided until requested. Courier didn’t even collect the bike in the same week as it was ordered (on a Tuesday) and it still hasn’t turned up at the end of the following week. Staff member I spoke to seemed to think it was acceptable that it’ll turn up in “a few days”. It’s like dealing with children.

Rented two bikes from here, one of which repeatedly punctured for no apparent reason. No repair kit issued by shop as per its offtherails website (only later found they had more than one site) hence we ended up mostly spending our time waiting by the side of the road for the manager to repair it himself. Although happy to pay the majority of the full amount, we felt we deserved at least some kind of discount for the problematic bike tyre but this was refused by the manager.
Friendly quick service from people who also enjoy their bikes. Always helpful. Competitive prices.
I recently purchased a Ridgeback Voyage Cycle from 3 Peaks. I particularly wanted one finished in Gloss Black as the 2015 model is now Metalic blue. 3 peaks still had a few in Black finish and also on offer as well!
I managed to save approximately £180 against the 2015 price. The delivery service was super fast and considering it was coming from Yorkshire to Wirral on Merseyside I was really surprised at how quickly it arrived. The staff were extremely helpful and I would recommend 3 Peaks as First Class. I would definately buy from them again. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
Me J Tesseyman, Wirral.
Well stocked shop at decent prices , nice friendly staff who for once know what they are talking about , have used many times and will be using in the future
Fantastic and personal service. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought many items from here and never been disappointed. Thoroughly recommend the shop.
Great range of bikes for all budgets and all cycling types. Fabulous clothing and accessories ranges. Helpful, knowledgeable staff too!
Excellent service, called in after breaking down on a ride. Very helpful
5 stars
Tim from West Yorkshire
I received excellent advice. The prices are competitive. They had a huge amount of stock in store
