Bought a gravel bike with accessories, brilliant service by knowledgeable staff, bike is spot on. Delivery of accessories as promised and really well packaged. Great coffee in the cafe too! Highly recommend.

Ordered a replacement Newmen freehub and it arrived the next day without any issues. Great communication and advice from a great bike shop. Would certainly buy from here again!

Was told despatch would be on Monday by 48hr Tracked. It is now Friday and it has still not been received.
Emailed them several times but no reply.

I went to 3 Peaks Cycles knowing the bike I wanted might be a touch too large for me. I tried it out and the owner was totally honest; "Mate, it's a little too big for you. It isn't safe."

I appreciate honesty like that. They didn't try any hard sell, and they put the customer first.

Excellent knowledge and went the extra mile to help me fix my gears. I was cycling The Way of the Roses and my front gear cable snapped before reaching Settle. The guys saved the day and helped me fix my gear in a timely manor, whilst still helping other customers. Can’t thank you enough.

I had an excellent experience at 3 Peaks Cycles! Mick and Alistair were super friendly and very knowledgeable. The quality of their products is top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable bikes, accessories and outstanding customer service! Plus there is a cafe for coffee and cake on site...what more could you want!

Been using 3 peaks for a fair few years now. Buying multiple bikes, clothing, parts and accessories. And with each purchase the staff have been knowledgeable and super helpful! Going above and beyond when I’ve left it to the last minute before a ride

Bought a new Hiplok lock for my bike recently. The staff at 3 Peaks Cycles were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with in any shop. Super friendly and helpful in which size to buy etc. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Why on earth have you left us a one star review? We've tried to offer a solution but the physics of the situation mean it just won't fit. We can't really do any more.

I was going to say you can return it and we'll refund you despite there being no original packaging but I don't really feel like doing that now. It's not our fault it doesn't fit your bike.

Ordered a Cube bike online. The delivery was straightforward with good comms, and when a minor issue arose the customer service was first rate so I'd be keen to use 3 Peaks again. Highly recommended!

We popped in whilst on holiday with our little dog Missi for breakfast .
We where warmly met by the owner who later give me some good advice if I was heading down the battery bike route ( once older) We ordered a sandwich and tea and again both the lady managing the cafe and the youngster who was a really nice lad ( with a good head on his shoulders) made us ultra welcome . I would highly recommend this fine Cycle shop and trendy cafe and its 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟from us .

I’ve ordered a few items from this company and they’ve always arrived in good time and well packaged. The rep was very helpful when I called them with a question as well.

After a huge let down from another online supplier, we found a bike on the 3 peaks website that my daughter liked. This company has been excellent, from the point of placing the order to receiving the bike, it was a rapid service!

Communication about delivery was excellent, and the bike arrived well packaged.

However, I didn’t realise the bike required suspension assembly (may have been in the small print) something I would have paid extra to do had I realised!

However for the excellent price paid and the quality of the bike I am very pleased. I am lucky to have a trusted local bike shop to assemble things for a small fee of £50.

Overall a great shop to do business with Many Thanks!

Excellent product at a very competitive price.
Was emailed updates on dispatch and delivery all the way through the process.

Needed a small spring for the folding catch on my Cube electric bike. 3 Peaks were so helpful, rang Cube in Germany, worked out which part I required and had it sent from Germany. Fantastic service unlike all the other e-bike shops I contacted. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bought my first ebike from here. Since then I have always had my bikes serviced and bought spares and kit from the shop. They have always been very helpful and happy to give advice when needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable shop with an outstanding range of books for walking and cycling.
It is good to know proper shops with proper staff still exist.
