Delivery time is misrepresented and customer service terrible
The blinds and shutters are great, once you can get
them delivered to you. But very, very poor customer service. Almost no responsiveness without multiple attempts to get in touch. "3 Day Blinds" is a misnomer--it's more like "3 Month Blinds". After 3 months I am still waiting on the valances to be delivered with no follow up from the company despite reaching out to them twice. And the designer misrepresented the anticipated delivery date of the blinds--she said I should have them the next week when in fact it was nearly 3 months later and I am still waiting on the valances. The product is very good but they misrepresent the delivery/installation time frame.

It depends on the product, and shipping method that you choose, but many of our products can be made and shipped within 3 days. Specialty orders such as draperies, shutters and specialty arches take longer to produce. The remote set up is awful.The installer had difficulty setting it. I have 5 blinds, 4 in the kitchen,1 in family room. Three kitchen blinds on one remote, kitchen and family on the other. Not a very user friendly set up. My next blinds will not be from 3 Day. I do like the blinds and the quality.
