Easy to order, large selection, arrived quickly and perfect and good looking

Super fast delivery and excellent quality curtains, excellent value for money.

Very disappointing experience. I’ve ordered made to measure pleated curtains based on the pictures in their website, I normally order eyelets but the picture looked lovely so I went first something different. The way they look in real life is nothing like the website pictures which I now understand is because they use computer generated pictures to look as close to real life as possible, i.e. what you get isn’t what’s advertised.
Customer service were originally very responsive although I wasn’t impressed with their solution so I have asked for a refund or replacement and I’m now being ignored. An extremely unsatisfactory experience and I wouldn’t recommend them

Samples arrived in super quick time

I wanted to order a single panel curtain. The order process with Vicky was easy.
Previous curtains have been excellent.

I found the website ever so easy to navigate.
I started with ordering curtain swatches which came within a couple of days. I then chose the fabric and placed an order, curtains arrived about a week and a half later and they are beautiful. Much better than I imagined they would be. I chose a standard lining which is a really good quality fabric. Would recommend, thank you.

Ordered ready made curtains on the 24th July with estimated delivery of the 28th July

Tracking info indicates that the curtains have not been shipped

Tried contacting the seller several times via email with no luck, tried today Thursday via phone only to get a recorded message saying they are unavailable to take the call until Monday

Ordered the made to fit no drill blinds for my patio doors as the sun was killing the furniture! Took a while to work out how to fit them (the instructions need updating as there is no 'screw' to tighten, you just need to make sure the plastic toggle is the right side of the metal frame to lock into a hole), but once they were up - love them. Even the wife complimented the look. Will be buying some more for the other side of the house!
