Plus they default accounts to automatically renew without informing users.

The kit was easy to use. The directions were straightforward. I had the results back in a relatively short amount of time.
I paid extra for some genetic testing and felt that the information I got back was reliable.

My only complaint is cost. I realize this type of testing is not cheap but it quickly became cost prohibitive. Also, almost every option is only available through subscription.

Glad I did this and wish I could access more data but the site can become very expensive very quickly.

I enjoy the product but shipping is ridiculus. I spent 13 Euros for shipping and every time it I wait 2 weeks only for it to get lost and then it takes another 2 weeks to receive the new kit. It has happened all 3 times I ordered. Unacceptable, I have to wait another 4 days before I can request a new kit and now I know it won't arrive in time for christmas, thanks for nothing.

I think it is a very interesting service. Got my results pretty fast.

I recently used 23andMe and was really impressed. The process was simple and straightforward the kit arrived quickly, instructions were easy to follow, and the results came back sooner than expected. The ancestry and health reports were very detailed and gave me fascinating insight into my heritage and genetic traits. Highly recommend 23andMe if you want clear, reliable, and comprehensive DNA results.

Pretty neat experience, it did what I needed. Gave 4 stars because they expect you to upgrade to a premium membership for almost everything. I could get more for my money on ancestry (hind sight and all that) but great if you’re only looking for the basics with the cost of your kit. Did not have to wait long for results once sample was received.

It took four months and hundreds of emails to get my results. Customer Care only had bots, no humans, who just gave the same robotic responses over and over

It is not as easy to understand as I would like.

They update me often on new features and changes. Just wish there were more contemporary connections and more history on the life of those listed. Just general information on what their jobs and lives were like.

confusing, no help understanding the results and emails I got after were all about buying additional services when the first service purchased was never followed up. I wouldn't recommend

They do a good job an have more experience  than any company

Doesn’t really tell me anything, names people that are 4th & 5th relatives. Never heard of ant of these people

You charged me money without my permission in a really sketchy way.

It’s been almost a month since I ordered my kit and I’ve received NOTHING. It’s been shipped twice and returned to the lab twice without any explanation as to why my kit couldn’t be delivered to my home address. Their AI customer care agent “Brian” just keeps asking me for a different address to ship my kit to, but I only have one home address? Where I receive mail from all mail couriers just fine. I’ve asked for a refund because this is just ridiculous at this point.

I never receive a verification number.

I cannot even log into the data. Something is wrong. Passwords etc...

The product is all about upselling, even once you have paid a lot of money for the initial service. Also, the links to Google and Google founders are so obvious... seems to pure marketing cash machine they are trying to create.

I FEEL THERE MUST BE MORE HONEST & MORAL COMPANIES OUT THERE DOING THIS SERVICE
