Absolute grifters, made up a statistic that 3/4 of tax returns are done wrong by PAYE employees. Deleted my comments when I queried and then refused to provide any evidence telling me to cite unnamed case studies. Avoid this company, nobody should be giving 10% to a company for doing literally nothing. They lie to prospective clients to try and misled them, very dodgy
If it was possible to give a mathematically negative rating I would. I hired them over 18 months ago to help with tax debt from back taxes acquired as a result of my mothers passing an my own organ transplant. Its been 18 months and I just fired them. They billed me over 8k for a service that they never followed through on and now i am facing collections for a process they told me they stopped. I had to hire a separate company.... the entire team are frauds and im pretty sure its a scam. They had the audacity to try and charge me another 5k yesterday to respond to the IRS letter. DO NOT USE. Run away....
