Very good from the start, good quote and kept us informed of the process every step of the way. The fitters Stuart and Dan were great, very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned as they went. Fantastic job all round and at a very competitive price for quality windows. Very happy

Had a nightmare with builders and told one thing then got another, suppised to be up on 4th may but finished on 11th June. Ive given 4* only for the lads Dan and Paul who was fantastic had to deal with grumpy me but made a pigs ear into a purse couldnt be happier NOW lol

The communication is ongoing from the quote stage right through to final fitting. Everything was explained in understandable terms, politely and carefully. The door and its frame are excellent. I was offered several options for payment, I never felt pressured in any way over costs or payments in fact the whole experience felt like value for money. The installation was undertaken by Lee who was very polite and was an excellent tradesman. He cleaned up throughout the work and at the end also. He gave a clear explanation about the workings of the door to us and we were extremely happy with his workmanship and also the general experience in dealing with the company was indeed 1st class.

We have had a really good experience using 1st Glass, and I would recommend them to family and friends. We have had 7 windows, composite door and a patio door fitted, and I'm really pleased with how they look. From booking a quote to installation I have found 1st Glass have been excellent. My windows and doors were fitted by George, Adil and Junaid yesterday and they could not have been anymore professional, they were polite, courteous, hard working and they have done an excellent job and left no mess. I am really pleased and glad I decided to use 1st Glass, thanks, Siobhan.

The whole experience was really good... from ordering the new door, 1st Glass kept in touch to ensure a smooth delivery and fitting.
Nigel, who fitted the door, was friendly and professional throughout. He explained about the keys (individual to the door). Everything was tidied and no mess was left... just a very nice new door.

Good quality products and good workmanship
What a 1st class service I received from this company. From estimate to fitting no complaints. The fitters Anthony and Chris were brilliant and ensured that there was minimal disruption and mess. Did a terrific job and the finish was really good. Left work areas clean and tidy.

Cannot recommend this company enough
Cannot recommend this company enough. We had a composite door fitted and a full glass insert in another door and from the moment someone came out to give us a price to the fitting, it has all been great. We had a good amount of communication with the team and any questions were answered. Lee came to fit the door and he informed us of everything and did a great job.
So pleased with the work and would definitely use 1st glass for any future works needed

Fantastic Quality
Gary and Reece made a fantastic job of replacing my bay and bathroom window. They were friendly and professional never wasted anytime in doing their job. They explained fully about the new windows before leaving. They totally cleared up after themselves both indoors and outside so much so that you would not know I had had anything done.
