I am simply impressed with the speed and the professionalism of the 1st Formations. I needed to set up a company as a non-resident and did a through research of both formation companies and the option of renting a virtual office and doing the registry myself. All things considered 1st Formations seemed to be the best option and I am extremely satisfied with going with them! Strong recommend!

Great service - needed my company name changed, simply completed the online contact form. It was actioned and confirmed quickly. Simple and easy -as it should be.

E mails were missed
It took an extra 5 days as the compliance team didn’t check the e mails and I had to ring and chase 2 days running to get the company processed.

I left a previous negative review as I was disappointed in being cancelled after a renewal compliance check, without specific reason, failed. I have joined another company without any problems which goes to show that over reliance of digitisation causes problems. The complaint was handled well as I received a full refund, but the problem is one of defensive posturing and not admitting that a system is wrong and lack of proactiveness to improve. In this case I suspect the compliance system was sold as '100% effective' whereas in reality the best systems have a human touch. In my case, as opposed to a knee jerk cancellation, pragmatic steps should have been taken: Identification - Admission - proactive change = better quality system. Anyway, it does not matter as I signed up to a new company, it was a few days of hassle, and I'm overjoyed with my new company and service. The moral here is that I know when I am not wanted, and the best way to make a point is to walk, move on and find someone that likes and wants you. Thanks for reading.

I had looked at other companies who offered registration services but I was put off because it felt like the priority was to get you to sign up to other packages which I really didn't want at this time. I prefer to take my time and research my options without feeling rushed. I chose to use 1st Formations because I did not feel any pressure to take up any other offers.
