Beware - they don't give you your refund, dodge emails and then keep returned items.

I ordered a part that I had to return unused under their 60 day refund. I waited until past their own refund receival time, and then I sent them an email with all information needed to figure out why I haven't received the refund yet and now they're ignoring my emails.

It's very disappointing, I was hoping to use this company for my orders but it looks like their shady employees(whether being deliberate management or just lack of awareness) are going to cost them business.

I have used 1-A auto in the past and have had a wonderful experience using them. They are very patient and will help you out with any issues. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone. Quality auto parts at a reasonable price.

Don’t try to return anything

Don’t try to return anything. I ended up having a small “smudge” on a part and they denied me $100 of my return items. Customer service doesn’t both to let you know when you talk to them over the phone.

Great products

Great products! My only complaint is I think if you buy a wheel hub assembly it should come with a new seal as well and maybe new studs? Idk might be a price thing but would be cool to see. That’s all! Love ya.

Honest

I feel misled by this company because they advertise “same day shipping,” yet that was far from my experience. My order took longer than normal to ship, and it seems they use the cheapest shipping options available. I was promised my parts would arrive days ago, but they did not. As a result, I wasted valuable time waiting for parts that never came when they were supposed to, leaving me unable to drive my car and forcing me to put everything on hold.
To make matters worse, the package was marked as delivered by UPS, but delivered to a third‑party location I was never informed about. Now I have to spend even more of my own time tracking down this third party just to retrieve my package.
Overall, 1AAuto Parts feels like half a reliable company and half a disappointing one whose marketing relies on misleading claims. This experience has definitely damaged my trust in their service.

I ordered a front end components kit… and double charged me

I ordered a front end components kit for my Suburban Order #2MCZ19Q**** FROM the website everything was fine made sure order was correct checked out and they charged me for 2 at 359.00 EA that's the second time it happened I thought it was me the first time,now I scrambled to call and have to wait 3-5days for a refund it's bullshit be careful and check cause I made sure it only said 1

Customer service was great

I ordered wheel bearing, CV axles, rotors and brakes but in the process accidentally ordered rear rotors.

Excellent Experience

When my daughter’s mechanic couldn’t locate a new replacement part and was ready to install a used one, I decided to search for it myself and found that 1A Auto was the only company that actually had the correct part in stock. It arrived sooner than expected, was securely packaged, and very reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, the part had a defect—but this is where 1A Auto truly impressed me. Their team responded immediately, refunded my money without requiring a return, and offered helpful options I was able to take advantage of. Their professionalism, fairness, and genuine concern for my daughter’s situation were truly outstanding and noteworthy.

In an era when great customer service is becoming rare, 1A Auto really stands out when combined with their excellent management, knowledgeable sales personnel and affordable prices.  Despite being a large company with hundreds of millions in annual sales, they still treat customers with the care, respect, and attention you’d expect from a small “mom and pop” business. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and exceptional service.

I purchased a replacement taillight…

I purchased a replacement taillight from A1 auto and it did not fit and I sent back on an RMA and they refused to refund me. Said it was dirty. It was not. I unpacked tried to install then repacked and sent back. I do not recommend this company

Super fast Q&A on parts.

Email them a few question i had before ordering parts and got a reply within 30min. Thats very convenient and made my purchase of car parts alot quicker so I can get my car fixed. They also provided direct links to the correct parts I need so I didn't have to go and search myself and wonder if I had the right part.

They are an excellent company with exceptional customer service. They truly prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by their commitment to putting the customer first.

Decent Reputation …

They have a good reputation for a good part.I ordered a tie rod and control arm set, and i took my original parts off which were worn out, but the boots were intact. No rips or any leaks, and I got my new stuff from a one and put it on and test drove it and instantly noticed upon inspecting that the new tie rode in boots were ripped already. And they appear to be more flimsy than the plastic bags that they came in , and I reported this to this company and they gave me a full refund.
It was a pain to go through it and do the job.But at least the reputable company came through\nWith a refund, even though I still have to do alignment again and everything else has to be re.Installed.
I'm not happy but I am not dissatisfied and I will still recommend them for being legitimate and helping me at least with my refund.
