We ordered the flowers and paid extra for next day delivery. Royal mail notified us that the flowers were out for delivery. They did not arrive, 24 hours later the landed, dead. the number of flowers delivered was far short of the image they advertised with, the condition was shocking and customer services were less than helpful.

Fairly reasonable price. Bouquets that arrive in bud turn into a beautiful colourful bunch. Always delivered on time.

Easy to order from a beautiful range of flowers. The extra options which are free of charge of a written note or a voice note are great. The prices are very affordable and in my opinion are the best compared to other companies.

Stay away from this company at all costs. Don’t take my word for it read the other reviews on here and their website. Ordered my wife flowers for here birthday. When they arrived I have never been so embarrassed in 35 years of being with her like I was when she received her flowers they literally look like they have already been in a vase for a week they are literally brown and majority Dead. I would have got fresher flowers from a Graveyard excuses the punt. Might as well have gone to a petrol station spent a £10.00 saved £40.00 and at least saved the embarrassment . There response in email was disappointing and dam right disgusting telling me that they look fine. They are brown in colour flower heads hanging to the floor. Flowers are supposed to be bright and beautiful in full bloom and blossom 🌸 not the rubbish they have sent to the door. I sent them arrival photos day 2 & 3 photos to be told to follow their 123 care guide they will start to look better they say. Well if it was left to me they would have gone in the bin on day one and my wife probably thought the same but she obviously doesn’t want to hurt my feelings.
IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL SOMEBODIES SPECIAL DAY THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

My partner in America ordered a bouquet to be delivered to me as a thoughtful surprise for my Birthday. Sadly, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
The issue was never the advertised size of the bouquet. I fully appreciate that you get what you pay for in terms of quantity, and I was fully aware that a standard bouquet would contain fewer stems than the larger options. My complaint was, and always has been, about the quality of what was delivered.
For clarity, I understand that a bouquet will never look identical to the promotional photograph on a website, as the number of stems varies depending on the size ordered. However, it should still resemble the advertised arrangement in terms of the flower selection, presentation and overall quality. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like the bouquet shown on the website.
The bouquet consisted of just six flower stems surrounded by a large amount of foliage. Several of the flowers were already in poor condition on arrival, with petals falling off and very little apparent vase life remaining. The arrangement itself looked sparse and poorly put together, and there was even a random wooden dowel protruding from the bouquet for no apparent reason. Overall, it looked worse than bouquets I’ve purchased from Aldi or even reduced flowers from a petrol station.
I contacted customer services, provided photographs, and explained my concerns in detail. Rather than addressing the freshness of the flowers, the poor presentation, or the unexplained wooden dowel, I repeatedly received generic responses stating that they could “see no quality issues” and that I had received the “correct size”. At no point did they engage with the actual substance of my complaint.
I was offered a 50% voucher as a gesture of goodwill, which I declined. I had no intention of spending more money with a company after receiving a product of this standard. I requested a refund instead, referring to their advertised 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This was refused without any meaningful explanation.
I then requested that my complaint be escalated and asked for details of the company’s formal complaints procedure. Those emails have now gone unanswered.
The most disappointing part is that my partner spent his money trying to send me a thoughtful gift from overseas. Instead of receiving a bouquet that reflected that gesture, I received flowers that looked tired, poorly presented and of a standard I would not expect from a professional florist. The complete lack of meaningful customer service afterwards only made the experience worse.
If you’re looking to send flowers to someone special, I’d recommend choosing a more established florist. In my experience, Interflora, Bloom & Wild, and Marks & Spencer have consistently delivered fresh, beautifully presented flowers and provided excellent customer service.
Based on both the quality of the product and the way my complaint has been handled, I cannot recommend this company.
