What you see on-line, Vs what you get
Recovering from major surgery, my daughter bought a bouquet from 123flowers.co.uk for next day delivery. She was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews, but she ordered anyway. I won't go on, but what she thought she was buying Vs what arrived the next day was unbelievably different (if anyone can let me know how to upload images on here, that'd be good so I can add visual proof to my rating. These online companies need to start using their own, genuine marketing material instead of copy/pasting images.

What arrived looked nothing like what is online! That the image shows online is a beautiful collection of flowers, what you receive is something you'd expect from a petrol station. I wish this platform allowed pictures as id happily provide them. The flower count is drastically down from what is shown online and I paid for the largest option ( I dread to think what you get for the standard). Customer services are useless! Avoid!!!

I found placing the order for the flower pretty straight forward. The flowers were delivered on the days requested ( one was for the 11/7 and the other 15/7) the bunches of flowers were really nice , my only issue was that they were delivered quite late in the day , which was a shame because they were for my sister's birthday.

Disappointed the bouquets did not reflect the images on the website
I was ordering flowers for work colleagues birthdays, I was really excited for them to arrive as in the pictures they looked gorgeous. They arrived this morning and I was so disappointed that I didn't want to give them to them, they didn't look like they did on the pictures on the website they looked a £7 bunch of flowers that I could have gotten from Tesco.
I emailed to let them know of my disappointment, but they couldn't resolve the issue as hadn't taken a picture the flowers in a vase. I couldn't do this as like I said these were presents which I was reluctant to actually give them but what else could I do when its for their birthday. I did take comparison pictures but cant see where to add them on.
