They charged £16.99 for a standard bunch of sunflowers (on the website it says 7 stems) on arrival there were 3 sunflowers. That pride is extortionate for 3 sunflowers, I raised a complaint and the response back said there was nothing wrong with it. Unfortunately I can no longer trust 123 flowers, as they don't seem to care about their flowers and seems to intentionally mislead on their website. Avoid 123 flowers.

Placed my order but being old and something of a technophobe I foolishly gave my home address for delivery.
Realising my mistake I found it simple to report my error.
123 Flowers representative Jennifer picked it up very quickly and made the change of delivery address for me online. She was prompt, efficient and provided excellent customer service. No doubt I will use 123 flowers in the future.

Very disappointing. Nothing like the image on the website. Complained and they said there were no visible quality issues!
Literally nobody outside 123flowers would say this in any way looks like the advertised flowers. If I could I would add images so you can make up your own mind.

I ordered flowers for Saturday 15 August and specifically selected that date at checkout. They didn't arrive. Royal Mail even gave me a delivery slot, yet the flowers were still sitting in the Midlands.
When I complained, I was told that because I'd chosen “free delivery – 1–2 business days,” the date I'd selected apparently meant very little. I was also told that Scotland is a “harder-to-reach area” and delays can happen. I live in a city in Scotland, not the middle of nowhere. If Scotland requires extra delivery time, perhaps don't offer customers a specific delivery date in the first place.
When they finally arrived, they were disgraceful. Part of the bouquet was completely damaged, the roses were wilted and other flowers were already dead. I sent photographic evidence.
Their solution? £10 or another bouquet. I said no. I wanted my money back. They refused.
The irony? They're perfectly happy to send an entire replacement bouquet, but apparently refunding the customer is where they draw the line.
Late. Damaged. Excuses. Appalling customer service.
My advice? Spend your money elsewhere.
