My initial order the standard of flowers were not as fresh as I expected. I contacted Sarah in customer services sent pictures of the flowersbshe spoke to the florist manager both agreed the flowers were not to their quality standard and organised replacement bouquet and was receivec within 24 hours

Easy to order, communication very good. Flowers were delivered on time and I had a notification when they were delivered. The people I sent them to were very pleased with them.

Really bad quality flowers
Really bad quality flowers. Embarrassed for anyone gifting these.
I've contacted their customer service to be told their florist disagrees with me, after clearly showing the poor quality in many photos.
Customer service just ignore the chat as soon as it's a complaint. They just leave the chat.
All the roses are crushed on the ends and tore, Browning already. The eucalyptus is brown and old, very dull. 1 of the pieces of eucalyptus is about 3 inches tall far to small for a vase. Lillies are buds, they appear good.
They customer service just send care instructions and do not comment on the issues I've highlighted.
Please don't waste your money. Very disappointing.
