I found using 121move more efficient than using a high street estate agent. The service was prompt and efficient. Handling our own viewings made the process much easier and we think led to a faster sale at a much cheaper cost.

Excellent service and save in excess of £4000!
I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff at 121move for selling our house in a short space of time and for saving us £4000 in estate agent fees compared to our local high street agent. 121move dealt with the viewings and negotiated all offer as well as seeing the sale through to completion. We even used their online conveyancing partner they recommended who was available 7 days a week. Thank you once again for a professional efficient service. Why anyone would use a high street agent in beyond me!
