This site is a total fraud! In IPL 2026, I started with ₹3,000 by UPI and won ₹8,000 through powerplays. When I tried to withdraw, it’s been stuck on ‘verification pending’ for 15 days. I uploaded Aadhaar, PAN and everything, still nothing. Chat support just says ‘please wait’ and then disappears. It’s a scam site, they’re looting Indian users. 1 star max!

Very disappointing service overall...!!😠😠

I trusted this platform since long time but now service is totally down. Withdrawal of ₹9500 showing processed but not received. It’s been 6 days now. Support only says wait wait. Very frustrating and disappointing.

This is my 4th bad experience. Withdrawal delayed again for ₹2000. Every time same issue happens. Support just delays and gives excuses. Very stressful experience.

Deposit is easy but withdrawal is very difficult. I waited 7 days for ₹8000 withdrawal. Support team not giving clear answer. Always saying wait for update. Not reliable platform anymore.

I am rating 1 because the website design is good. Their customer service is so poor. I requested a withdrawal of ₹11000 and on the website under transaction status it shows confirmed but I did not get funds. It’s been 9 days I am still waiting for withdrawal. This is their 3rd instance I have sent 27 email and contacted 3 times with chat support but they asking me to wait when they have information available. The same thing happened earlier with ₹40000 and they harassed for 10 days. I joined it 2018 and spent more than ₹35,00,000 with this platform. Earlier their services were good but now it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I opened my 10cric account i guess in 2020 and from last 1.5 year i am a bit active here. I have seen many negative reviews but genuinely i find 10cric best platform if you compare it with other similar platforms. It's actually very genuine and trustworthy. I also don't trust these kind of gambling platform but yes I have one person Alex my 10cric manager bcz of whom today i trust the company and the best part many times i been through where my payment didn't go through but still alex helped me to add my payment in advance . Alex always provide me best bonuses and yes he is more then a friend now. I am really happy to have trustworthy platform like this and a manager like alex 🙏

worst site , our deposit amount also not adding , submitted by my bank statement also they are not adding in addition they are asking "To move forward, please contact your bank and ask them to verify the current status of the transaction. If they confirm the funds were successfully credited to the receiver, kindly request an official confirmation (preferably an email from the bank's official domain or a
stamped/written statement) that clearly states:
The funds were successfully transferred and credited to the beneficiary
Transaction details (amount, date, UTR/reference number)

Please forward this bank confirmation to us, along with an updated PDF bank statement showing the transaction.

With these documents, we can immediately escalate the case to our provider for a thorough investigation." they are trusting there provider not the customers waste fellows and now a days that customer support is AI dont go this site avoid best worst site worst customer service
