we purchased 2 rings one of them kept unbinding and stopped recording data for periods at a time... we thought it was the Bluetooth on my phone... it took longer to start the returned since we thought the problem was the phone. we contacted them and tried all the possible work around to make it work. They didn't want to make the exchange of the defective ring since the 30 day warranty passed.. I lost my money, nothing to do, no solution, disappointing.

Wuzutech Robotech from LOFT is a fake and abysmal customer service
We purchased 3 Wuzutech Robotechs from LOFT based on their positive reviews of the product last fall to give to our children for an xmas present. On opening testing after xmas it was readily apparent that they were JUNK, essentially useless. They refused to reimburse/return because it was beyond 30 days. It is an absolute SCAM!!!!!
GREAT experience with Wuzutech!
My experience with this company has been WONDERFUL! I needed to return rings because I found out I could not monitor them on my PC, only on a smartphone. I am not that techy so they were useless to me. The multiple people who responded to me quickly during my refund request were SO VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. They sent me instructions how to return the rings to Akron, Ohio and my refund followed quickly. I recommend them highly and wish I could have made use of the highly-rated rings.

Same issue most people are experiencing. No customer support replies to my numerous phone calls or emails. 90 day money back guarantee is a scam. There's no way to return it for reimbursement. My heart broke when I read all the reviews and realized I've been played.
No Customer Service
They claim to have responsive customer support, but it takes them over a month to respond to an email. I initially wanted to return an item for a different size, but after trying another item for almost two weeks, I wanted to return my whole order, so I sent a second email because they hadn't responded to the first yet. When they finally responded they offered a crappy partial refund with an offer to keep the item, but I insisted on returning the entire order. It has been about a month since their first response and my immediate reply, and still no word from them. Their products are cheap crap and they will leave you stuck with them.

Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered two rings(which were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. After numerous one sided emails finally delivered over a week late. Both rings too small and I want to exchange them. No phones answered, no email answered. This outfit will reported to BBB and attorney general

Tried to contact support since day received product to exchange one ring purchased and no reply. getting to last days or return policy and still trying. not happy with the ring that fit either. Movement tracking isn't close to other trackers used and sleep tracking wasn't accurate. Would say I slept 8-10hrs and wasn't even still for that long. Or would stop tracking my sleep.

Ordered a ring and quick charger, charged express shipping, pkg hasn’t moved in 5 days. Online form for inquiry doesn’t work. Email not replied to. Phone calls are put on hold forever. Disputing with credit card company. Seems like a scam or close to it.

SCAM, FRAUD! Billing issues, they send a couple emails to get you hooked that your purchase is arriving, they give return info, I sent return via their instructions with tracking #. They get the product back then no further follow after they get your money. Still fighting to get my money back.

Scam! No Customer Service exists. I accidentally purchased a smart bird feeder, immediately emailed them asking to cancel - plus 3 follow ups. Then, they email back saying order has shipped. Order shows up and isnt compatible with wifi, so i called them (during their supposed business hours) and nobody answered. I am stuck with this super expensive thing I didnt want and they wont refund. Such a scam. Will be reporting to BBB.

I absolutely love this ring! Fits perfectly, the interface on the app is visually stunning and super user friendly. I had initially made an error in my order and customer service promptly rectified the error and swiftly refunded me. I am very happy with my purchase so far and had a good experience with this company.

Herz P1 rings
I was trying to buy 2 Herz P1 rings, the total was $118. I suddenly got a text from the bank, Wuzutech had tried to charge two charges $139.83 at the same time. Just before this I had made a mistake and was only ordering 1 ring (but two 2 year warranties) and it also tried to make two charges of $139.83.

I ordered a black size 7 ring plus the charger and received a rose colored ring size 9ish. I've been in contact with them via email (last 2 emails have no response) and a week and a half ago the replacement was shipped via USPS but the tracking # says label was made but USPS has not received the package. I finally started calling, but to no avail. They are not answering. I guess my next move is returning ring & charger and hope they refund my money. I feel like I'm being scammed.
