DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERZ P1 SMART RING – A TOTAL SCAM!
My experience with the Herz P1 Smart Ring has been a nightmare, primarily due to their non-existent customer support and a recent, unauthorized $49.99 charge for a "Basic Ring Plan."
Their email support links to a dead page, and repeated calls to their main number over two weeks during business hours only lead to a closed office message and unreturned voicemails. I've received zero technical support. This complete lack of contact, combined with a suspicious, unapproved charge, makes me question if this company is running a legitimate business.
This company exists under two difference names – HerzP1.com and WuzuTech.com. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial hit. Look - no RUN - elsewhere for a smart ring.
Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a smart ring and received it. But, it was way too large. So, I called customer service 5 times, emailed customer service 5 times with no response. I packed up the ring just as noted on their website and shipped it back with a note. I still have had no response!! They sure are good at sending continued emails to purchase gadgets. Beware of this company.

My husband and I bought rings from Wuzutech. I admit there were some glitches with the order, but the customer service and response were fantastic. They went above and beyond answering our questions and getting back to us. My ring had a few scratches so I just provided feedback and they were very concerned so they could make their product better. I will buy from them again! BTW, the ring is fun, it keeps track of steps, heart rate, sleep and more.

Bulky, mis-sized, garbage app, weak battery—just a bad product all around. Regret buying. The number of 1 star reviews should tell you everything.
A plastic replica of a robot vacuum
I ordered 2 robot vacuums, I received one. The app. to use this app. free vacuum hasn't been updated since 2006. Surprise! It doesn't work either, just like the plastic model of a robot vacuums. I'm serious, it so light there's NO WAY there is any type of motor in there. Avoid any dealings with this group of crooks and liars

At first I wanted to change something in my order. got a bot response immediately and it took 3 more days to get my request fulfilled. Then, I got an email that my shipping address has a problem. Took 3 more days to resolve that... Just to use the same address I submitted to begin with. I got an email that my order will be shipped to that address. Since that notice 3 more days passed and nothing's happening. So almost 2 weeks and I still don't have the item.
O' BTW, my CC got charged right way. I actually requested to cancel my order and get a refund. No respond to neither. I'm still waiting.
Be ware. This outfit takes you money, but your item... who knows about it.

Received the Happy Birdy feeder, which made it all of two days before animal damage. This is not squirrel proof at all. Within two days of putting it up, squirrels had chewed off the charging cord at both the camera and at the solar panel top, and chewed holes in the squirrel "guard". Customer service is completely nonresponsive. Don't believe any of the reviews, is there is nowhere to actually leave one of your own, and any online "reviews" you find are all the same, leading one to believe they're all just form reviews posted under different names on various scam sites.

OMG also wish I had seen this before instead of looking at other reviews and ratings...first off, the customer service number says, "our customer service is closed, please call back between 9 and 5 ET and I was several times...left messages and NEVER. heard back. Then I started emailing. I did hear back some but only one or two times was it timely. One was a week and now another one that's a week tomorrow. Good thing it's a 90 day return policy as this is most likely going back. Same as another review, they haven't answered or instructions on the AI. One person said please explain your issues -- that was AFTER 5 emails explaining my issues. Then someone finally read all my emails and responded for which I responded back point for point since most wasn't answered....still waiting to hear.

Terrible customer service... as i see now many people are posting about. I made the mistake of seeing all the reviews on their website but when i went to leave a review, there's nowhere to leave one- only sending it directly to them so they only post the positive ones.

There’s a lot of false advertisement…
There’s a lot of false advertisement that goes into this product. First they advertise their bird recognition AI program, but nowhere on the website is there any information that to activate the program you have to subscribe to a monthly fee base service. They wait until you purchase and install the product to inform you about the fees. Secondly, they advertise 3 to 5 day shipping. They do not mention that it takes one to two weeks of processing time before it ships. Finally, they do not tell you you need to charge the bird feed prior to initial set up. This led to hours wasted with customer support trying to figure out if the product was defective only to learn we had to charge it.

As most others are saying, customer service is non existent. Bought 2 rings one doesn't work properly the other is mis sized. Fortunately, they were not expensive, (which should have set off warning bells), so I will chalk it up to a learning experience. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".
Avoid Wuzutech RobovacX, please!
I bought a Wuzutech RobovacX, which quit charging after a week. Loft Home Essentials sent a replacement right away, no problem. 2 months later, the unit is dead. All of the reviews, supposedly from "experts," are apparently scams. There goes my $132!

Terrible customer for returns, they will not let me return a ring I had for a week. They send emails but want give the information for a return and they promise a 90 return policy.
The NanWipes DO NOT WORK
The Wuzutech NanWipes arrived several days ago. After spending an hour with these NanoWipes trying to get rid of two minor scratches on my 2025 Audi Q5, I gave up. This must be a scam. Their product does not work. VERY disappointing. Since one package is opened, I can’t even return it. With shipping costs of $10 one way, it’s not even worth doing. I sent them an email and never heard from them.
