Lovely product. I understood that the product was made in the UK. Had to chase as delivery took longer than expected. It turned out that it was sent from Germany. Still, good quality labels so would use again.

If I could give 0 ⭐️, I would! This comp. sucks! Made 2 purchases, prior to paying estimated delivery 11/11/25. I placed orders. When checking orders status to this date (11/24/25) still “processing” I emailed and asked Where’s my orders. I was provided tracking numbers with a response and images stating picked by agent on 11/12. Yet, when I searched tracking numbers, it says “Out for delivery” I haven’t received crap!!! Can’t get a rep on the phone or live chat! This Company is BS!!!

Ordered from this company previously and received excellent product in a timely manner. Ordered a new design of clothing labels with matching stickers. The embroidered label was so poorly done that the word was illegible and could not be used. The stickers which should have been the same color were legible but a completely different color. I waited over 5 weeks for these useless items. Despite emailing the company, sending photos and answering every one of their questions I still have not received any answer as to how this happened or how they intend to rectify the matter. For over a week I kept getting an automated email saying they were waiting for a response to their question, despite having answered said question multiple times. Now silence. I do not recommend this company.

Wunderlabel customer service is has consistently been incommunicative, unhelpful, and deceitful. After months of delayed shipments and opaque communication, I finally received my order and it was wrong. Then I was promised a full refund and they only refunded the expedited shipping fee, but have disappeared from all emails and messages and I am still waiting for the refund. I am of course left no alternative but to post public reviews to get the attention of customer service.

I placed an order for the faux leather labels, only to be notified 2 weeks later by a 'couldn't care less' customer service that they were no longer available, and would i like an alternative.

The labels were to be folded and attached over the brims of knitted beanies. I needed them soon for my small business, i was already already behind schedule and loosing sales, so the WunderPap labels were hurriedly chosen as a suitable alternative.

After another few weeks of terrible communication from Customer Service i was informed that my package had arrived from the far east, via Germany, and was now being held at my local Royal Mail collections office, all because Wunderlabel hadn't paid the customs fees. I had to pay the £41.94.

Upon opening my package i was shocked and angered to see that the labels inside appeared to be nothing more than strips of thin, cheap feeling, rigid card. An absolutely terrible product which was in no way a suitable alternative.

I contacted customer service that very day, and have yet to receive a response.

I strongly advise you to avoid this company.

One month production ( ordered on 24 September) you kidding? Delivery from Germany to Austria? Support in chat never works … HORRIBLE SERVICE! Hope to get my order one day … otherwise I complain to bank to get my money back !!!!!!!!!never ever to order by you !!!
