Customer service is lacking, your product gets held my customs for an extended period, no updates from company for almost a month, took almost two months to get 30 tags, terrible service

I have been using this company for years without issues but the last two orders have taken way longer than their stated delivery time on their website
The last order I had to contact them for an update as the delivery date had passed and was told they were waiting for the warehouse to ship them to them in France and then they would be forward to me in the UK
My latest order I have had to email again and received a response saying they were asking if they could be shipped to them in France (bare in mind the delivery date to me has since passed) and when I have followed up asking if they have been shipped and if they could provide a tracking number I have had no response
I have had to source labels elsewhere as because they are late I have now ran out
I doubt I’ll be using this company again if these labels ever arrive!

I have a small business and have ordered from this company for years. I placed a large order in June and they couldn’t fulfill order & said they would refund my money. I NEVER received the money! They continue to send me the same automated response. I even found the owner on LinkedIn and messaged him, never received a response. They did post that they were acquiring a new facility? Looks like this company stole a bunch of people’s money to expand their business! They have turned off the ability to leave comments on social media. Stealing money from small businesses that have been loyal for years. Gross.

DREADFUL COMPANY. I ordered some labels in April and they didn't arrive and since May I've been trying to get a refund. They claim they sent it, but I have not received a refund. They now have stopped communicating with me. Please avoid this company if you don't want to waste your precious time and money.
Zero customer service nobody cares
3 weeks I've been trying to get a response from this company so I could place my repeat order! Used them in the past for all my labels because the quality was excellent even if it took a month to receive them. Glad I read the reviews before I lost £££. Diabolical to deal with, zero customer service by chat, email or phone.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have used this company previously and was super happy with them however, ordered some labels in December that didn’t ever arrive. Called the company and arranged a refund. They say they have refunded me but the payment is not reflecting on my account and they are not sending me any proof of payment. They have stopped replying to my emails and phone calls are not going through. Extremely disappointing customer service.
Product is fine, when it finally arrives (from Europe!)
The product is fine when it arrives, but it takes an age (a month). It's not coming from the UK; my £135 order came from Germany, and because of this, I was charged customs and handling fee, which was an extra £40!
The company promised to refund that charge but I've STILL not seen the refund, despite chasing them for a whole month now. I'm really bored of it all now!

I’ve been ordering labels from these guys for years, I’ve always waited a long long time but this was just ridiculous. They have been getting worse over time but I never thought I’d wait this long.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I’ve used Wunderlabel for over two years without issue but my latest order was a mess from the start. No goods, fake tracking numbers, and poor customer service mean I’ll be looking for another supplier going forward. I still haven’t received either my labels or a refund. Sick of emailing them to be honest.
False advertising- Not UK and Long lead times
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Purchased labels with an expected delivery date of 9th May. Labels were not even shipped from factory (which I have just been told is in Vietnam) until 6th May. Been told it takes 2-3 days from Vietnam to France with no delays and then another 3-5 days from France to UK. Can't use Royal Mail tracking number until it ships from France. Definitely NOT a UK company and false advertising on their delivery times. Do not order from here unless you want a headache.
Avoid Ordering From This Company!
I order garment labels on the 6th November, they should have arrived around 29th November as of today the 6th January they have not arrived even though on the 15th December i was told after notify them that the order was with a courier and was given an unidentifiable tracking number.
I tied to contact then to find out what company the tracking number belong to and they have not replied. I contacted then Again to complain that it had been over a month since I made to original order and asked to be refunded and still no reply.
I eventually had to order the labels again from cotton trends.co.uk which to only 2 weeks to arrive.
Do not trust Wunder Label, you will be left "wondering" "where the hell are my labels & money"?

The labels took about six weeks to arrive, as this is NOT a UK company. This is not made clear on the website.
In future, I'll stick with wovenlabels.co.uk - less flashy website but prompt service.
Avoid at all costs
From order to delivery, expect to be waiting for two months. Order wasn’t dispatched until I raised an issue about it not being returned and then instead of responding to my enquiry, they sent an email saying the order was dispatched. Despite the company name basing Wunderlabel UK they are based in Germany and a month and a half after ordering my item had only reached France.

This company is not based in the UK. They issue UK tracking numbers even though the goods are not in the UK. There are too many delays for me to recommend them.
