The quality of my tags is excellent
The quality of my tags is excellent. The time to obtain them is reasonable and I was always kept informed of receipt of order and shipment date. They are worth the price and I would much rather have a professional looking tag than make one myself like they are advertising on YouTube.

Crap customer service
The order wasn't what I wanted. I've tried to reach out through email and phone. I've received returned calls, but when I answer, it hangs up. The email is an automatic reply that doesn't do anything to help.
