I placed an order that never arrived. The company will not respond to my emails despite having been weeks and weeks! Ghosted by the company… they have my money and I got zilch! AVOID like the plague!!

They claim that you should get 15-20 uses. I got 5. The patch then fell off during the night. Don't waste your money.

The patches gave me bruises, were also itchy and sliding off, and the customer service hasn’t responded yet to emails and texts. Very disappointing. Do not buy.

I've used other silicone patches with some success, but these (Mouth & Lip Wrinkle Patches) are useless after only one wearing since the "adhesive" is gone. My face was clean & dry when originally applied, and I stored patches properly afterwards. Good thing I supposedly got a "special discount of 30% off," or else I would've REALLY been pissed off. "Reusable for 15-20 uses," my a$$.

They don't stick at all. I didn't even get one use out of them. The mouth patch was especially bad. The forehead patch stuck at the top but not the frown line bit. What a complete waste of money.

I ordered from Cyprus couple of things from their website. When I tracked the order is showing that the parcel didn’t meet Australia post requirements. I talked with them by live chat and they recommended to call the Australia post and find out what the problem is which definitely is their responsibility because they made the package and sent it. Very disappointed.

Although I think that they might work based on the principle of how silicone scar sheets are effective, it is impossible to know with the Wrinkle Schminkles patches as they stop sticking after 3-4 uses. I've cleaned and stored the patches as directed and washed my face before use. I'm not sure where they get the 15-20 uses figure from on all their branding. I opted for this brand due to its marketing on reusability, hence how I justified their (expensive) price point. It is out and out FALSE ADVERTISING. Don't waste your money.

A waste of money (as a 50 year old woman). I have been trying their forehead patches for the last few weeks and they make no difference at all. Whilst they are comfortable to wear overnight, I honestly cannot see any improvement or change the next morning (even a short-lived one!) or after several uses. It is also fiddly to get the backing card out of the packet, so I truly wouldn't bother.

I bought several products and got free eye masks. The eye masks were not sticky, so useless. Five emails later and various photos sent to Customer Service and this is still not resolved. The actual rest of the products work really well but with such awful Customer Service, they have lost my business

The patches work well but only for the first use after that they do not stick anymore. This is not value for money if each of them cost around £20. Over marketing with no substance and advertising that they last up to 15 uses is extremely inaccurate and misleading to consumers. I made a complaint about it and never heard back.

The forehead patch didn’t stick around the edges and made my forehead sweat so the moisture loosened the patch. I stuck it back on the paper and tried to use it again but it didn’t stick at all so Inonlyngot one use not 20 as advertised. I bought some other patches but won’t be using them. Don’t waste your money.

They work 3 times max rather than 20 times as claimed. I complained and said I wanted a refund twice. I just kept getting emails saying ‘have I tried cleaning them’ and then they stopped engaging. Save your money and don’t bother.

I ordered some products beginning of November. The order was stuck at customs and I was supposed to provide some papers which I inquired at WrinklesSchminkles. No answer - could not clear the products and they were sent back. In the meantime tried to contact the company many times, after a few weeks I got an answer which was not very helpful. They promised to refund my money - now, 2 months later still no product, no refund, no professional answer on how to solve this.

awful product, do not waste your money. I can’t believe i didn’t even think to check trust pilot before buying, something i always do! The patches do absolutely nothing, they don’t even stick on!! Is such a con.

These are just awful,used the eye wrinkle patches for the first time but had to remove in middle of the night as they made my skin so sore and peeling them off was horrendous. Very expensive , I'm going to embrace the wrinkles and throw these is in the bin.

While placing an order they had a "free gift" displaying there - "dissolving microneedle patches" - left the cart momentarily and received a newsletter with the same free gift applied to the order I had on the cart. I proceeded with the order, and the offer disapeared.
Customer Service later called it "confusion"! Adding fake offers to attract customers and then removing them uppon purchase completion is ilegal!

As with all of these excellently advertised scams. Nothing will turn back the hands of time… and have been pointed
to women over 40 through instagram and tictok.
None of these products are reusable.. The ‘microneedles’ are a rough surface, like salt as opposed to a penetrating treatment. Don’t bother - you already know it’s too good to be true

- under eye silicone patches
- micro needling patches
Silicone patches are alright but definitely not reusable to 20 uses. Maybe 3 at a stretch. Eye patches I'd say twice. Not economically at all. Do they work, not much but you'd be better off paying for procedures with all the money you'd spend having to keep up with them not being reusable.
