This product just doesn’t work! They have no customer services, I emailed numerous time but heard nothing. A complete waste of money please avoid!

AFTER ALL THE HYPE I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO GIVE IT A GOOD GO AS THEY DIDNT STICK OVERNIGHT AND SOME GOT STUCK TOGETHER TRYING TO PEEL IT OFF.
FOR THE EXPENSE ITS NOT WORTH TRYING

Patches do not stick to the skin at all. But even while holding the patch, I saw no difference in my skin.

This company are scammers. They sell you products that don't work. There is no phone number to contact them on and when you email them you get an automated reply reading "We’re experiencing a few more emails than usual right now, but you’re on our radar and you’ll hear back from us within 48 hours (promise!)".
Some promise that is 48hrs - it's now 3 weeks and I've heard nothing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The eye patches are shocking. Pulled at the sensitive eye area - my skin was tugged away from my face. Overuse of these would be terrible for the eyes.

I ordered one of their products in November and have not received it although they have taken £81 from my account. They are almost impossible to contact and while it says myproduct was delivered, there was no communication from their courier. They need to do something about customer services. Still unable to get hold of them. Useless.

Customer service non existent, paid double VAT, patches come off after a few uses.

On the UK website UK VAT is included but if you order from the EU, you pay the UK VAT and the import VAT, which isn’t correct. I contacted them three times over the last few weeks (two emails and one contact form) and got no reply.

Also the patches come off fairly easily after a few uses even when I washed them every time with their special product. So much hype for this product and I don’t understand why. Great PR but awful customer service.

Saw a difference but stickiness gone after 3 uses. So expensive as well, I’m really annoyed

I only got 3 uses out of them before they did not stick at all. I wore them on clean, product free skin and used water to clean them after use as per the guidance. My forehead was smoother after wearing them, but that quickly wore off. The eye patches did nothing.

Waste of money. They don't stick. Tried it overnight and didn't sleep at all because had to keep reapplying. The day time was no better.

Bought a set of 3 pairs eye patches on Amazon. Followed instructions. They fell off after an hour. Ok I'm moving about so maybe that's why. Decided to use overnight. Found them loose in the bed in the morning. Tried with another pair , same thing. Don't last 1 use let alone 20. What a waste of money.

Terrible product. Doesn't work at all

Don’t waste your time or money. These wrinkle patches simply don’t stick, even after following the instructions to the letter. Very frustrating and disappointing experience — would not recommend.

No problem with the delivery but the patches do not stick very well after 2/3 uses and no real noticeable results. The chest patch was much thicker than the other patches and lasted longer but not good value for money. Was influenced by Liz Earle promoting the product but will not order again and would not recommend.

I ordered a product over a month ago and still have not received it. When I reached out to the company the first time I received a courteous “we’ll follow up with the shipping company” response. I reached out a second time after a month passed asking about the status and/or a refund and no one has responded.

These are a waste of money… don’t even stick?? I regret buying them

There is no customer service at Wrinkles Schminkles. Ordered this product, they accepted payment and the shipment has been stuck somewhere for 12 days. Although they've had my payment since 10/6, I don't have the order. I've tried to trace it, with no success. I've emailed Wrinkles Schminkles 4 times. No response. So they've got my money, I've got nothing. BEWARE.
