5 starts every time! Wpx has never disappointed me with their customer support. Their help is absolutely unmatched. Today I received support from Ivaylo and I can't tell you how much help I had. My problem was solved in less than 10 minutes on each problem I had. WPX will forever be my go-to hosting provider for myself and the clients I work with!

I've been with WPX since Oct 2017 and am still continually surprised at just how unbelievably great their support service is. Even on 28 Dec, at the height of the holiday season, a knowledgeable and helpful support agent (Elena) responded to my request for help within 15 seconds. And being WPX, a response is not simply giving answers to questions, but providing helpful action. Elena not only answered by questions about DNS changes I needed to make to migrate my email service, but she then did them and also set up my email accounts. Amazing service! I've dealt with multiple web hosting services over the last 20+ years and WPX blows them all out of the water on both service and value. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

WPX support is the reason I use you guys. You guys are the best support I have experienced with any software company, not just hosting, but any software. Thank you for that. I have used WPX for 3 years now and will continue to use them for all of my sites

I'm impressed. Had many of the "big names" over the years, and always poor-fair support. Support here is INCREDIBLE! Their pricing is a bit pricey, but worth it if you value a good hosting company with the best support available! A++++++++++

Their are a fab hosting company, but the main thing is their tech support actually knows what they are doing.

I can’t say enough good things about WPX Hosting! Their support team is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. I had an issue with DNS settings, and within seconds of reaching out, Nikolai was there to help. What really impressed me wasn’t just how fast they responded but how patient Nikolai was. He didn’t just fix the issue for me—he actually explained what he was doing and taught me a few things about DNS in the process. It felt like talking to a friend who genuinely wanted to help me understand.

If you’re looking for hosting with lightning-fast support and people who care, WPX is where it’s at. Huge shoutout to Nikolai for going above and beyond!

WPX remain great. In a world where hosting companies are often bought by investment groups and then cut to the bone, WPX remain incredibly good at support and very good at hosting. For cost effective, fast and well supported hosting (without some of the bells and whistles) I really recommend them. I now have 45 websites hosted with them.

Epic customer service every single time I need help with literally anything. Every company could learn something from these guys. They go WAY above and beyond the usual scope of business. Love these guys!

over the years I have used many hosting companies and in my opinion wpx although it's a little expensive for me its worth it, great service and amazing support. Being able to have help in a matter of seconds it's worthless.

I've been with WPX for over a year now and transferring to them has been such an easy process. They took care of everything for me and made it seamless. Their customer service is exceptional and Maria went above and beyond to help me fix my website when it had issues with a Wordpress update. A huge thank you for being so responsive. When you want to chat to a human straight away - you actually can.

I cant say enough about Nadezhda. Anyone else would have given up or transferred me to another techie. She was amazing, went beyond the call of duty for me as I am not tech savvy. She never gave up on me. NEVER! I applaud her knowledge and intelligence. She needs a day off because of me. she was terrific.

It's definitely my worst experience with WPX. Their Hosting Security & Optimization team set a limitation on my business website, blocking Googlebot and bingbot from accessing my site WITHOUT my permission. They did send an email about this action, but by the time I saw it, my website traffic had dropped by 30%, and now the traffic has dropped by over 70%. One more thing: I bought the Elite plan. It's an absolute nightmare. I'm looking for a stable WooCommerce hosting for a large website. If you have a large website, try another hosting service.

I have been with WPX for a few years, and their service is really a gold standard for me in terms of hosting companies. I have been with many others, and WPX is incredibly quick, efficient, and skilled. Even when I have had issues that aren't directly related to them, they have gone out of their way to help me. I just had an issue with a migration that would have led to lots of re-work if we didn't resolve it, and it was fixed in a couple of minutes by Nikolay. Thank you for the years of excellent service. Please keep it up!

I am new to WPX and have spoken to more than 1 person from customer service. I find they are prompt and efficient, very helpful and co operative. They explain things well. Highly recommend them, very professional.
