I've been trying for years to get a website up and running to no avail because of my paralyzing terror (PTSD) of technology (I'm 83) and no support. WPX set up my domain, website, and WordPress for me in minutes through their Chat service. This will be life-changing for me, as I've got fifty years of original scientific research that I want to get out into the world. WPX is empowering me to do so, and given me hope that I will be able to create my legacy before I die. WPX is exemplary!

Ivena was so incredibly helpful, there were some issues with several of the plugins on our site and we were able to get it fixed quickly so we did not experience any downtime.

I was hesitant to change my hosting provider even though it wasn't working well. However, WPX hosting made the transition easy, and their customer service was exceptional. Every time I log in, a representative is available to assist me, which gives me a great feeling of support. I'm glad I made the switch and I intend to remain a loyal customer for a long time.

Whenever I run into an issue with one of my multiple sites, I can always get an answer or solution very quickly from WPX support. On this particular date I had Ivan G. and he solved what I thought was a tricky issue incredibly fast.

Even if the issue is with another piece of software I am trying to get to work with my site, they offer to login to that software and work it out for me. Just consistently superb service.

Absolutely unequivocally unparalleled EXCELLENCE! Accidentally let my domain expire and i thought i lost a lot of CRITICAL info that was on it, because my registrar wouldn't help me retrieve the domain

luckily, I am a WPX customer because they held backups of my site without me even knowing they did that, and worked with me for over an hour to setup a new domain and migrate the backup to the new one, without even having access to the site anymore.
