I wish I had found wpfixit sooner because they have a thorough understanding of all things WordPress and can troubleshoot and fix things better and faster than I can. This review is about their hosting service! Over the past year or so the various WP Fix It support members who have helped me fix client sites have mentioned their hosting services. Admittedly I was really wary about making the change. Price was a big factor but also the idea of trying to convince several hundred clients to make the move AND having their website hosting in one place and their domain with another.

Cher with WP Fix It reached out to me and answered every question I threw at her until I couldn't come up with a reason not to make the move. She was that thorough and understanding in making sure I had all the information I needed before I made the leap of faith.

So with nothing left to ask and only money to lose I made the leap on March 1st. I knew to sell my clients on the idea of making this move I needed examples and WP Fix It server setup support free of charge (included in initial setup) migrated all the sites that I was hosting myself (about 14). The speed in which it was completed was amazing and the performance improvements of the websites amazed me as well! I knew I could start selling my clients on the idea.

In 16 short days I've convinced about 2 dozen more to make the move with a lot more to go. But every step along the way WP Fix It has answered every support ticket I've submitted and fixed every issue that has come up.

I can say that WP Fix It is the leader in WordPress hosting and support.

Had a problem that was confusing and annoying as hell for about 2-weeks. Then this bloke wonders in and bam! Sorted. Very happy with all my dealings with WPFixIt, but Gregory is a beast.

Put in a website speed enhancement ticket in rather early in the day and within an hour I went from a D to an A on the speed test of Gmetrix.
