The online chat support I received from Andrew
The online chat support I received from Andrew was great! Although the product is very limited and the development roadmap is not relevant to real world problems/necessary basic features. Andrew has still been able to deliver great customer service. He was thorough and knowledgable.

Andrew was very helpful indeed
Andrew was very helpful as I have used Wperp for a couple of years and as my licences were expiring I had to update. The format has changed and I wasn't entirely clear about which items i needed. Andrew was able to explain all the changes and recommend additional services that I would find useful

If you love bugs this is a software for you.
Everything is full of bugs, from import to export, installation, UTF-8 Support, Formsl, Plugin Speed.
For example UTF8 import works on one version, dont work at the latest version. We downgrade in order just to import and updgrade in order to make plugin work again. Its a joke.
