WP ERP has a very great customer service!

WP ERP has a very great customer service that actually listens to its customers. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. And their guides are so comprehensive, we have experienced almost no hiccup in setting up and using the ERP so far.

Large cyber-security risk and lots of bugs.

One of the buggiest, if not the buggiest, software I have ever tested for WordPress. Overall, 'IF' it actually worked, it would be great, other than the huge cybersecurity breach that is part of WeDevs. It was like someone just got an idea, hey let's create ERP for WordPress and start charging people without putting any thought into how ERP actually works. For example; As a business, you need to track your expenses. You enable the account module. Major part of ERP. You go to add an expense but, before doing so, you need to add the payee as a vendor. Most accounting software does the same. However, this is where no thought comes into play. When you add a vendor, First Name, Last Name and Email address is required! Let's say you buy your domain for your website from CloudFlare, or any other of the registers. This is an expense that needs to be tracked. You don't have a contact for those businesses. You don't have an email. I just put in None, None and @none for the email. Then, when you go to add an expense and click on the drop-down to select the payee, it only shows first and last name. No company name. There is no way to find the correct payee by company name. You have a list of none none. No thought at all. But, most importantly, there is a serious breach of security with the company WeDevs. The moment I activated the plugin, a VERY SERIOUS breach of security happend. The default email address I use on my WordPress site is an email that is not published to anyone. I never even receive emails from that email address other than a couple of my own WordPress website email notifications. The email you set under settings->general; The moment I activated the email, I received a "Hello" email to that email address from WeDevs. I never checked any newsletter box, I never even acknowledge and okay'ed any type of privacy policy or terms. NOTHING, other than uploading the zip and 'activate' Yet, the plugin stole my email address and sent it to WeDevs. Which makes me, and I'm sure most users, ask what else has this plugin sent to WeDevs??? This is a HUGE cybersecurity risk for any company! Especially, if you are adding your banking info, your employees, payroll, accounting, HR into WordPress. You can't trust WeDevs. I then enabled WP Project. A module of the WP ERP. The moment I enabled it, again, I received an email from hello at wedevs about a sale on WP Project. Again, never signed up for their newsletter. NEVER, acknowledged any type of terms or privacy policy. Yet, the software takes my Admin->Settings->General email address and sent it to WeDevs. This is like hiring a pet sitter. But, then the pet sitter comes back at night, breaks into your home and steels your address book for marketing. Which makes you ask what else did the pet sitter take when they broke in. Again, the question to ask is; What else is WeDev's taking without permission??? A list of my plugins? My settings? My passwords? My users? How many users I have? Are they tracking analytics on the backend and or frontend of my website? Who knows, as there is no terms, no privacy policy that asks you to acknowledge before activating the plugin WITHOUT your permission! For now, I'm sticking with Akaunting software. Luckily, I created a staging site to test WP ERP before installing it on my production site. In addition, it's one of the buggiest software I have ever seen. I enabled a module, and it would not allow me into my wp-admin area. All I would receive was "Nonce verification failed!" The only way to fix this and provide me access to my wp-admin area was to go into the plugin directory /wp-content/plugins and delete the module to gain access back to my wp-admin. Another bug, you activate the attendance plugin, and accounting does not work. You can't gain access to the accounting dashboard. It's one bug after another and one cybersecurity breach after another with WeDevs.

the customer service response is very bad and I made a ticket for purchasing 2 days ago, and tell now no feedback. I think no one is working for this company or the system is outdated and no more interest to pursue it.

High level service & expertise

WP ERP is a pretty extensive plugin for a free plugin, it has many features. Instead of buying external software for bookkeeping and accounting, WP ERP has everything that we need, and we can manage it all via our WordPress Dashboard.

Besides this, the level of service and expertise is very high. I asked them if there was a problem with their latest update because our site crashed, and surprisingly we received a answer that was pretty extensive and customer friendly. I have not come across many professional services like this. Thanks Tanvir, you are very kind and really helpful, supplying us more than we had asked for! That's customer service!!
