Never received my package I paid over $30 for. No customer service help. I'm very unsatisfied and will never order from you again. No help what so ever and no refund.

For one shipping says 7-20 days.. kinda crazy but okay . And then about a week in and tracking still isn’t available and I’ve gotten no response from after I emailed them two days ago. Won’t be ordering from them again.

The seller was great in providing assistance,and promptly provided all the necessary paperwork to clear customs.thank you guys you are awesome.
The machines are lighter than i expected (which is great).

The inks are great, machine so far does very well, only problem is getting new fake skin and transfer paper is needed almost immediately after

Package came in good condition , took a little long to arrive

Fix the part where it allows you to track your order it's been almost 30 days and it's still not here

Package came in about 2 weeks that’s okay because it gave me 7-20 days of delivery so came before I thought it would tbh. Package was a little crushed but needles were not damaged. All needles are sealed and tattoo great. Will buy again 👍

Original Review: I ordered a kit from Wormhole Tattoo which never arrived. They shipped via UPS, in spite of my address being a PO Box, and UPS brought it all the way across the country to within a few miles of me before apparently realizing they don’t deliver to PO Boxes. Instead of contacting me to make other arrangements, they shipped my order back to Wormhole. I can see in the tracking info that some guy named “Jake” received it at their office. UPS’ website appears to be broken because I can’t log in (though I have an account) to change delivery options. I have sent two emails to Wormhole asking for an update, letting them know about the shipping error, and asking what can be done about it. Why would they choose a shipping service that doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes when that’s exactly where it needs to go? It’s been 6 days and I’ve received no response from Wormhole, yet they keep asking me to review my experience. Well, here’s my review. I’ll be seeking a refund via PayPal, and will update here if there are any issues getting it.

UPDATE: Wormhole did finally get back to me a few days after I submitted my refund request through PayPal. I was a little perturbed at their implication that the issue was my fault because I entered a PO Box in the address field, but they did ask for my street address and said they'd resend my order. I sent them my street address, along with a suggestion that they update their website to include information regarding their shipping policies during checkout. As I told them, customers can't know that they're shipping via UPS and don't ship to PO Boxes unless they tell them so! Instead of receiving an updated shipping notification, however, I got a very polite response from Jian, the head of their web development department, apologizing for my experience and letting me know they'd updated their website according to my suggestion. Shortly after, I received a full refund. One good thing that's come from this experience is that future Wormhole customers will no longer have to go through this long, round-about process of discovering that PO Boxes are a no-go. I've updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect their honest, albeit very delayed, resolution of the issue.

I love the skin. Works amazing just dont like that shipping takes for ever to get here. wish i could get my product in like 3days.

I expect the regular socket but instead I got something totally different i don’t have that outlet nowhere in the house I still appreciate that it came but a little upset about the wrong socket

This site caught my eye after watching a few youtube videos and so i decided to buy a liner machine. I’m a beginner tattoo artist and these machines are insanely good. I did get a little scared because i thought it wasn’t gonna show up. I had no tracking information so i was just kind of hoping it just showed up and fortunately it did!! Machine works great!
