Terrible service DO NOT USE

I placed an order 2 weeks in advance. Gave them all the information they needed. I reached out to them twice, to make sure they card was written correctly. I received only a standard "we'll get back to you." As payment had gone through I assume everything was okay. Well, the day of the delivery...nothing... I reached out to them and they responded days later saying "sorry but we could not deliver for some cockameyme reason. I am terribly dissapointed. They did not even offer an alternative, nothing!

Ordered flowers for a friend in Russia

Ordered flowers for a friend in Russia. They refused to provide me with the name of the local flower shop they used to deliver.
Also did not indicate on their website that not providing a phone number of the addressee would delay delivery so it was unnecessarily late.

Worst nightmare

Worst nightmare! Ordered flowers 2 weeks advance. Never delivered it. Claim they spoke to the caretaker and confirmed the address but they insisted to know the addressees cell phone # or they will not deliver. They are scammers in real life!

SCAM! SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE

Such poor service do not waste your time they market a 'same day delivery even if its placed 7 hours on the same day they come back to you with an excuse of such they are unable to deliver and send an email at 6.23 pm to advise you of their lack of service. Lack of communication and unprofessional. You should not promote services you are unable to fulfill, and neither should you take payments from customers if you are unable to comply with their delivery expectations! I would have been more than happy to find an alternative delivery option from another provider if I was advised at an appropriate time frame. It is irrelevant to me if your local provider is unable to take the order I pay you, I use your services, and you offer me the delivery expectations and when you email for compensation and to advise on complaint methods or speak to a higher officials 'Sara' is only able to issue me a refund and help me with nothing else. Complete and utter disgrace and a waste of my TIME!

Worldfloristassociation - Don't Use

Requested flowers to be delivered by 12pm. Didn't arrive until after 8pm!! Certainly their 100% satisfaction guarantee is bogus. I would recommend using a local florist rather than this company. I would not recommend to use this company

Birthday Gift

I have ordered a birthday gift order number Order #16117 to be delivered in Italy.
payment made no confirmation from the Worldfloristassociation customer care service. Sent email also on my Order update . I don't know whether gift will be delivered ? Keep you guys posted highly doubt on its service.

Dishonest, Poor Customer Service. Buyers Beware

I ordered flowers to be delivered in the Phillipines. I thought this association was the right place to go. Boy was I wrong. The flowers arrived half dead with the petal edge on the roses turning black. And the roses did not even open. I called for a refund and they refused to do so. I then contacted PayPal to step in as I used PayPal to pay for the order. The company contacted me a few days later stating that they would grant a refund if I returned the flowers to their office in Dubai, UAE. And I had to pay for the return shipment which cost more than the (by now) totally dead flowers. This made no sense. The flowers came from a local florist in the Phillipines and should have been returned to the local florist who delivered the flowers in the first place. This was a scam to make an irate customer go away and not have to issue the refund. Who in their right mind would send dead flowers half way around the world to a place where the flowers did not even come from and pay a higher cost for return shipping?
Look for a reputable and honest company to deal with. Not these guys.

Terrible Service

A terrible service resulting in delivery of Valentines Day flowers 3 days late, on the 15th, ruining the gift.
The flowers should have been delivered on 12th February.
Following a request for refund, the company are totally ignoring late delivery of the gift, attempting to shift blame onto the recipient and weather.
Unacceptable and very expensive service.
Unable to contact the UK telephone number.

Order well in advance

I ordered flowers on Feb 13 to be delivered in Russia on Feb 14. As of Feb 16 they had not arrived. I contacted the company via email and they were quick to reply that they were investigating but they never got back to me proactively. I began to feel that it was a scam company and began to act accordingly. In the end they did get back to me and cancelled my order. I would not have been upset about a late order or even a cancellation of my order.
I was most upset about the lack of proactive communication. It suggests that their back office process and certainly their customer experience may not be fully thought through. So if you use the company, I suggest well in advance so their back office ops can match your expectations. I give them points for being very responsive reactively and for returning my money. They remained polite in all communications with me even though I became increasingly agitated.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking: tried to send flowers to Hong Kong to mark an anniversary. They failed to deliver them on the due date and offered a completely implausible excuse. Appalling customer service. To be avoided.
