The woof box came and my dogs were excited! They loved the toys and especially the treats! I am looking forward to next month.

My dog loves the woof pack, he really loves the stuffed toys but they don’t last long since he’s a super aggressive chewer. I recently switched to the chewer box, it was really easy to make the switch, customer service was great.

Absolutely love woof pack. My Luna gets super excited every time her box comes in. I got the 12-month subscription with the extra toy. Toys are of great quality/durability and super cute. Every single one has a squeaky in it which Luna absolutely loves! I love that the treats are all natural as well. Boxes always came on time and with ample notification via email. Nearing the end of her subscription we had an overload of toys so I canceled the renewal. I think 6 months on 6 months off would be best for our situation. Canceling was super easy. Customer service was excellent and they even tried to offer me a subscription more catered to our situation.
I highly recommend Woof Pack! You won't be disappointed.

My dog will not touch the treats or toys. Wast of money.

My dog was so excited to receive this box & dig in! You can personalize it with what fits best for your dog! Excellent Customer Care. I love that my dog's treats & goodies come to us now monthly rather than spending more money & running to pet stores throughout the month for more items! Great value! Every dog deserves this monthly! I recommend Woof Pack highly! 🐾🐾

I did not have a very great experience with customer service. The so called strong toys they have for dogs are not great. The paint came off when my dogs were chewing on it and they broke easily. Hopefully it’s non toxic. I like the other brand I used to get way better and regret doing a subscription with Woof Pack. I cannot wait until it’s done. And I’m assuming they only keep the positive comments active as I can see

Love the woof packs. Our Aussie is thrilled when they arrive and paws at the box until we open it for her. The toys are very durable and well loved, we had one get decapitated quickly, I reached out and they included a replacement in the next box.
Customer service is excellent, they respond very fast. Highly recommened

I signed up for the Woof Pack monthly dog subscription in 2025 and honestly could not be happier! Every box is packed with fun toys, tasty treats, and great quality products my dog absolutely loves. You can really tell they put thought into every shipment. The excitement every month when the box arrives is priceless. Highly recommend for any dog owner who loves spoiling their pup!

The products sent in the box is not worth the amount they charge. They.make it very difficult to cancel your subscription.
DO NOT START A SUBSCRIPTION!!!

The order came as expected and the amount charged was correct. Customer service is friendly and helpful when I had a question about my order, they had a fast response time as well. The quality of items in the box seems to be high and my dogs have enjoyed the treats and toys.

We ordered a chew item in addition to our box but they forgot to add it to our order, and Luisa answered our email within the next 24 hours with a solution to our problem. This is exactly why we chose Woof pack, great products and great services. Thanks again for your help !

Hello, My experience has been a good one, the support staff has been wonderful when my dog didn't like the treats they changed them to better ones. Im not renewing my subscription due to financial reasons.

Our dogs get so excited when they get their Woof Pack box every month! Often they take the box to their bed and rip it apart. Our dogs are chewers and are not easy on toys, but if there’s ever a time when the toy is destroyed we contact them and give details about the situation and they will replace the toy without a problem. I like that they ask about allergies and the treats they send you are based on what the dogs are able to eat. We feel that woof pack is definitely worth it.
