I cannot log in to Emeritus or Kellogg…

I cannot log in to Emeritus or Kellogg Northwestern Executive School where I am enrolled (through Emeritus) on two courses: AI Strategies for Business Transformation and Advanced Marketing. I have had hours of conversations into the early morning hours to get my log ins sorted. But I still do NOT receive emails about my courses from Emeritus or KNW. I canNOT log into Emeritus OR KNW Canvas platform. Therefore I canNOT continue my studies even though I have 3 Assignments to complete by 3rd May 2026. And when I've managed to look at the Emeritus students page, it says I am not enrolled on any programmes!! They have charged me, and I have paid, some £3,800!!! And tonight, I have absolutely NOT access to my studies, any platform, or any named person to help me ... except a ProgramSupport email address!! That's it. £3,800 and all I have is an email address to a random 'support team'. This is unreliable, unhelpful, unacceptable. I'm beginning to think I need to resort to something radical from a consumer rights position. If anyone has advice, I am very open to it. How can I resolve this?
