I had an absolutely 5-star experience with Wood Flooring Kent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and top-notch service.

From the very beginning, the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful with all my questions. They really took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out immediately was the generous sample size they provided—much larger than any other company I tried—and it even came with a detailed brochure. No other company I contacted had gone to that level of effort.

The floor was delivered in just a couple of days, which was a pleasant surprise after dealing with other companies that took over a week. Delivery was right on time with no hassle whatsoever, and the live tracker to follow the delivery driver’s progress was a great touch that gave me peace of mind.

Price-wise, the flooring was even slightly cheaper than what I found elsewhere, making the whole experience not just smoother but more affordable too.

Unfortunately, I had also ordered samples—and even the same floor—from other companies that turned out to be unprofessional, rude, and completely unreliable. Wood Flooring Kent was the total opposite: a breath of fresh air.

Ordered nearly £1000 of laminate flooring from this company, asking for a delayed delivery date to accommodate our refurbishment work. There was a slight hiccup with the booked delivery date, but this was quickly resolved. The items were sent on a pallet (note to other customers, takes a while to offload a big order), but unfortunately 2 of the packs had been damaged in transit (I have had this issue with laminate before). Unlike other companies I’ve dealt with, this time getting replacement packs was a pain-free and rapid process - for this alone I heartily recommend getting your flooring from these guys. And their prices are great also! Ask for Robert in sales, you won’t be disappointed.

Great service. They were helpful when I rang to ask about the product before I ordered. Once I'd placed the order I was expecting it to take two weeks but I received a call two days later to arrange delivery. The driver was friendly when he arrived. I would certainly recommend.

I was looking for flagstone laminate flooring and visited several DIY stores, but I didn't find what I needed until I discovered Wood Flooring Kent. Their specifications were excellent, and after calculating my requirements, I placed an order which went smoothly. The delivery was very quick, and I was pleased with the installation. You might ask why I gave it only 4 stars; it was because 5 packs of the flooring arrived damaged, although this wasn't apparent until I opened them. Fortunately, the laminate itself was undamaged, only the tongue-and-groove sections.

I ordered Shower panels before Christmas and Delivery was originally confirmed by them as Monday 6th January - it didn't arrive on the Monday but after a phone call I was assured it would arrive on Tuesday. I phoned on Tuesday morning and despite being told twice it would arrive on Tuesday it never did. Same thing happened again Wednesday - lies and broken promises. The delivery finally arrived late Thursday afternoon, effectively losing 3 full working days. I had a contractor on site, by Tuesday morning the bathroom was already stripped back ready to put the panels in place.
The project overran the time schedule and the contactor ended up being paid for three days while waiting for the panels to arrive. I am several hundreds of pounds out of pocket because I trusted Wood Flooring Kent to deliver on time - to date there has been no recompense from them even though they assured me they would refund the delivery charges, small compensation compared the the losses I have incurred.
