Unresolved Internet Installation Issue
I had internet and TV installed at home by Woo on March 18 (this was already the second installation attempt). The technician was professional, friendly, and helpful. However, at the end of the installation, he informed me that the internet wouldn’t work due to an issue with the external building box. I was assured that I would be contacted soon and that the issue would be resolved quickly.
Today is April 4—almost three weeks later—and I still have no internet at home. Despite multiple follow-ups, one of the customer service agents told me that the issue would be resolved by Monday, March 31, meaning a two-week delay. However, this deadline has been continuously pushed back day after day, with the resolution time always set for the end of the day—only for it to be postponed again.
I’ve been calling regularly to follow up, but the response is always the same: the issue is in the hands of multiple teams, and there is nothing they can do other than ask me to wait.
The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of just one is that their customer service is easy to reach at any time. However, this situation has gotten completely out of control.

Great coverage and reasonable price
I've been using it for almost a year now. It's a really good service at a very reasonable price.
They have 24/7 support. Initially, I chatted with them, and they clarified everything for me.
The only downside is that their app is only in Portuguese. If they could add English as well, that would be great.
