Called several times to speak to a rep

Called several times to speak to a rep. No one was available. No listings for Long Island on the web site.

This is not a concierge service at all…

This is not a concierge service at all ... I should have been paid for doing all the leg work and phone calls. I initiated the process on March 25 and there was no follow-up and only ONE SUGGESTION of where to stay. We lost the weekend day we needed because of their poor service and response, and now must take off from work to stay at a winery that I SUGGESTED. And pay more than our original gift certificate. Go Dream finally booked our reservation on April 24, a whole month since my first request. Not sure how they remain in business.

I feel i had to by buy something that i…

I feel i had to by buy something that i didnt need. To complicated to order , and i dont thing elder people can explain their problem in a phone because it is to technical. I will not recommand your product.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service
No emails or phone calls just difficult to get hold off and still didn’t get my frame with gift over a week of no response

Go Dreams is a great business idea!

They pretty much have all bases covered for this business category. Customer care response is quick and supportive. Offerings are creative, diverse and enticing. I hope they continue to succeed and grow.

Gift card was deactivated due to technical problems. Had to explain to the receiver. That was embarrassing

Due to this technical problem, the transaction was never completed which caused an automatic refund and gift card deactivation. However, the gift card could have been re-activated after successful payment without involving the gift receiver.

Dinner and Movie

I had an amazing time with my girlfriend! We got dinner and saw a movie. The bill already was discounted and the tickets came immediately no extra charge so it's just set up for everything to run smoothly! 10/10 would recommend!
