Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company! Do not order from these cowboys !! Item ordered 10th December. Still not arrived and I’ve no hope of it doing so . Many many emails no further forward . Courier info says not delivered/damaged . The most unhelpful company ever !! Avoid like the plague! They just keep repeating themselves. I will take this further!!

Ordered some tights on sale

Ordered some tights on sale. My package arrives with two items missing. I have heard nothing from Wolford. They have not notified me, that my order could not be completed or offered any assistance in finding substitute items. I needed to email them in order to get a refund on the missing items. Chocked by the unprofessionalism!

I am going to be honest, it's not all great BUT

I am going to be honest, it was a bumpy ride. THe sale was on, and whenever I placed an order it was cancelled with the reason that items were out of stock (which the website did not reflect accordingly). HOWEVER the orders that went through were handled promptly. I did have to contact them a couple of times to receive a refund but I have received refunds for all the cancelled orders and/or items. I always got a response (even if at the beginning not quite helpful because nobody could tell me with any certainty which items were available). BUT to reiterate: I got all the refunds and I got some of the items I wanted.

Would I buy again? Yes! Because in the end, they really put an effort into making everything right.

Do I think they could improve: ALSO yes! Especially in their website reflecting what they REALLY have in stock

Absolutely atrocious from start to…

Absolutely atrocious from start to finish! I ordered 2 pairs of tights for my Christmas party back at the end of November 2024 - a week later they had not arrived with only a few days to go till my party. I emailed to ask on delivery times - I was told they hadn’t even been dispatched! So I requested the ordered were canceled and received an email to confirm cancellation. I received one refund but still on 28th Jan 2025 have not received the other. I must have had over 20 emails communications with their so called customer service team - Monika in particular. All I get is generic emails saying same thing - it can take 14 days to receive the refund. I even got sent a ‘credit note’ what ever that is! I then received dispatch notifications for both pairs of tights after cancelling them over a month before. So yet again I email asking my I’ve received dispatch notes? No reply. Next thing the tights arrive at my house / I refused the delivery. Still no refund. I’ve had to raise with my credit card company. The time I have wasted is ridiculous. What a sham of company selling so called premium tights. I even raised a complaint - that was not responded to. Do not use!!! Scam

Horrible service from Wolford
Out of 2 items I ordered I received only one .Wolford charged me for 2 items and didn't send me any notifications saying that they can’t send me a second item.
Moreover, Wolford charged me for 2 items and still didn't make any refund even after they shipped the order.
Absolutely horrible service for such an expensive brand as Wolford.

Awful quality for £110 tights. Took ages to arrive. Poor customer service

Took three week for a pair of tights with original price tag of £110 to arrive.
I tried them on and immediately noticed they were ripped and had a hole at the top. Haven’t even got to wear them once.

Now they want me to return the tights for a refund. Not stating how to do so. More trouble than it was worth. I also highly doubt I would get the refund judging by what I’m seeing on Trustpilot.
Never again.

Garbage lol

Took almost a month to arrive, GARBAGE quality. GARBAGE customer service. Stick to sheertex, I've had a few pairs for 4 years now. Wolford is a scam. Btw paid just under $200 for three pairs. One time use. Not even.

What happened to Wolford? Scam website.

I placed two orders with Wolford for Christmas gifts, one in mid November and one on December 3. Nothing arrived. I tried to cancel the order and was told I had to return it. They keep sending me shipment notifications with false tracking numbers. Total scam. I used to order regularly from Wolford. Not sure what happened. Have disputed the payment with Paypal and will dispute the other charger with my credit card.

Don’t buy from Wolford online it’s a scam

I ordered on 29.12.24 .Money was taken immediately. To date (18. 1.25) goods have not arrived but a bill for customs and import duty has arrived from parcel force that amounts to 50% of the order. I ordered from UK website so no import tax should be due. I have contacted customer service but they keep reiterating that item has been sent and no refund is forthcoming. They do not address my complaint. Total scammer behaviour from a brand I used to value.

Total incompetence

Ordered some clothes on 26 December. Two weeks later I contacted Wolford who said my order would be processed and on its way soon. Three weeks after ordering I suddenly get a refund with no email or explanation as to why this is. I contacted Wolford and they said the items are not in stock. I went online and one of the items I ordered was still in stock.

I had issues with Wolford last year where they were rude to me and they actually put the phone down on me. I contacted their CEO who didn’t even bother to respond

Wolford you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself, the service you provide is appalling and you clearly do not give a damn about your customers. If I was the head of customer service. I would be embarrassed about all the negative customer reviews.

No item, no refund, no apology

Ordered some lingerie. The money left my account but the goods hadn’t arrived 6 weeks later. When I contacted Wolford to enquire, I was told that the item ordered was out of stock and could not be provided. No apologies, regrets or alternatives. I have been refunded the ‘postal costs’ of £5.90 (not sure why as nothing was ever posted), but not the cost of the item - £71.
Avoid like the plague!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had.

The worst experience I’ve ever had.
I placed an order on December 7 for a lingerie set, and after waiting a month for delivery, only the top arrived. The money for the missing item has not been refunded, and I’ve been stuck in endless correspondence. Why on earth would you send only the top of a set? When you buy gloves, they don’t send just one, do they? No one contacted me to confirm whether I wanted such an incomplete order.
Now I’m left without the lingerie set and without a refund for the undelivered item. All I keep hearing is, "contact your bank," a standard response from Monica Sher.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

2 orders placed back in early December. Monika in “customer service” does not have a clue, keeps fobbing me off about a refund and now latest email from her today - contact your bank to get the refund. How is that possible for a company to treat genuine customers like this.
Do not order from them, so so much better out there. Hope they feel the repercussions for how they are treating people.

Unreliable, liars, a total mess

Ordered an item on December 7th (after the shop in Zurich told me that ordering it through them would not be possible to get it before XMas => looks like the overall distribution channel of Wolford is an utter mess, not only the online version).
I was "Guaranteed" that the item would arrive before Christmas 2024. Despite multiple promises always pushed back, the item was allegedly shipped on January 4th, but 4 days later still no sign of it in the tracking system.

Hard to believe Wolford can have such a premium brand reputation with such an awful customer experience and a clear bad review rating on Trustpilots, all reflecting more or less the same mess..

This company has the lowest levels of customer delivery service.. the online platform allows for prompt selection and that is where all customer service and any trade and service etiquette ends.. a person called “Said” responded to my several repeated emails enquiry over the whereabouts of my goods ? Which were selected 16/December 2024 (by the way still no notification ) and then referred me to the terms and conditions a of purchase.. essentially WOLFORD do not care a damn about taking your money and delivering nothing !!! They are a fraudulent organization with zero credibility and absolutely no regard for customers .. I spent £300 and am still waiting for my order and have demanded refund and received no response
