If I could I would give them 0 stars…

If I could I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is the minimum. Wohnlicht is by far one of the worst experiences I ever had. First it took them several weeks to deliver, even they promised to deliver within 2-3 days. When I finally got the product it was damaged. Since more than 7 weeks I’m in the process now to return the lamp and get a refund. I highly recommend NOT ordering any products from Wohnlicht. To be fair, the Delivery service DPD is as incompetent as Wohnlicht and not able to ship a parcel from A to B within less than 3 attemps. Still on the way and no one knows when the parcel will finally arrive in Germany ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

One of the worst customer services I…

One of the worst customer services I ever faced. The don´t answer my emails. I bought three lamps that never arrived and I needed to start a Paypal case to try to get my money back, they are not doing anything to solve it. It is fraud, take care!
