Terrible costumer service experience. I reached out to them on their online chat to ask for information on how to disassemble their wobble stool. A worker called Kim gave me nothing but an attitude, told me that the information comes with the manual and therefore I should know (forgetting that people can lose manuals) and that this kind of information about a product should be on their website product information page anyway, easily accessible for all their costumers. I asked again if she could help me and she proceeded to close the chat. In addition she took more than 5 minutes to reply to every message I would send.
