24hrs of not being able to send email and not resolved

We use them for business email, all outbound email was getting blocked due to the IP getting blacklisted. Raised a support ticket at 10am, not responded to until after midnight, still not resolved the next day, so unable to email clients. No phone support, webchat unresponsive, just asking to raise a support ticket. Will be moving away as quickly as possible from their hosting.

Email And Websites Down For A Day Now

Email and websites down for more than 24 hours.

Telephone support not available 24/7 as they state.

Online chat almost non existent, and when they eventually do reply, they appear to be disinterested.

AVOID - Predatory hidden fees and zero customer service - Stay away

I strongly advise anyone looking for a domain or hosting to stay far away from WizzHosting. They entice you with 'free' or cheap domain registrations, but once you’ve signed up, you’ll find you have zero control over your own domain.

To perform basic tasks like editing DNS records or setting up a simple redirect, they demand an additional £9.99 + VAT 'management fee'—a feature that is industry-standard and free everywhere else. When I tried to move my domain to escape these hidden costs, they demanded a £5 'exit fee' to change the IPS tag.

Their customer service is appalling. I have been ignored for days via email and was once left on hold for 50 minutes before eventually giving up. When you do finally reach someone, the staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Do yourself a favor: skip the 'deals' here and go to Porkbun instead. You’ll save yourself money, time, and the massive headache of dealing with a company that holds your digital assets hostage.

Marked my domain pending delete altho…

Marked my domain pending delete altho It was automatically renewed 1 month before, on Friday I noticed my website with "DNS couldn't be found" logged in and renewal date was still January. I got in contact immediately via ticket and chat, and was told to call Monday. So I was forced to migrate my paid domain to CLOUDFARE and renew it there again. Yesterday I got a reply " you didn't paid anything to us, account closed" to which I had to send their invoice for the paid domain. I was told accounts department would process my refund, but I'm starting to have my doubts about that too. Shameful customer service and I would not recommend wizz hosting to my worst enemies.

Fake 24x7x365 support

Absolutely terrible experience! I placed an order for a domain name and then the moment that the order was processed, they banned my account for "fraud". They claim to have 24x7x365 support - but this is a total lie (they're the ones committing fraud by falsely representing that they have 24x7x365 support when they don't). Their live chats never get answered, their phone number is "unavailable" (tried many times). I've done nothing but try to deal with this absolute nightmare of a company for several hours and I am still no further. I cannot login because they've banned my IP address. Their support email address staff are totally braindead, telling me that my domain name is active when they completely fail to understand that I can't login.

Beware of WizzHosting

Beware of WizzHosting – Worst Customer Service and Business-Disrupting Negligence

In May 2025, my website was suspended by WizzHosting due to alleged malware. What followed was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I immediately engaged a professional website maintenance company, ready to resolve the issue from day one. However, WizzHosting delayed and ignored multiple requests for over 25 days, refusing to provide access. This left me without my website or business emails for nearly a month.

An independent technical assessment later confirmed the fix took just 30 minutes, yet WizzHosting dragged this out for over 25 days while ignoring all communications from me and my maintenance team. This caused significant losses: over 25 days of website and email downtime, lost business opportunities, wasted maintenance fees, countless hours spent battling their incompetence, and enormous stress and reputational damage.
The technical review also revealed their outdated, insecure hosting infrastructure with inadequate account isolation, risking cross-contamination between accounts, a severe security concern.

Throughout the ordeal, WizzHosting’s communication was non-existent: multiple access requests, formal complaint letters, escalation requests, and professional contractor credentials were all ignored. It felt like they actively obstructed the resolution rather than helped.

This is not just poor customer service; it’s business-destroying negligence. WizzHosting turns a 30-minute fix into a 25+ day crisis through administrative incompetence and silence, then offers insulting compensation. I strongly advise anyone to avoid WizzHosting completely.

I will be pursuing this matter through Trading Standards and the ICO due to their data protection failings and breaches of the Consumer Rights Act. All claims are backed by documented facts, including screenshots and correspondence available on request.
