I have been on the phone for 8 minutes, listening to all manner of nonsense and warnings on the Lloyds business account, putting in my details, answering questions, only to be told I'm being redirected and next time need to call 0345 072 5555 - which is the number I dialled in the first place before being fielded around by the auto bot!!! I eventually got through after 25 minutes to be advised they take details, send it to another department who will phone back! If you have a business you want to move quickly - don't go with Lloyds!

Totally incompetent
Totally incompetent. A/C applied for 25/08 and was told it was open but it hadn't been. Received £100 compensation and had to apply again on 01/09. A/C was opened next day on 02/09. No card reader or Authentication card was dispatched until 21/09 after I called to chase. Received another £70 compensation. 37 days later i still cant manage the account via the app as the authentication card still hasn't been dispatched.

Understanding Business banking
After initially receiving all my banking paraphernalia I had to work it out... so the best way was to pop-down to my local branch where help was at hand and what I didn't understand was explained to me in a concise way and now I'm in full control, so now my business is slotting in the groove.

Have opened up a Lloyds business Bank account to qualify for their £400 bonus. All straightforward so far but now need to spend £100 on card and set up two direct debits!
